I did an AMD 5600 build at work and liked it so much I had to do it at home with my 7700x. You can only get 4x 3.5 HDD drives with an mATX board so if you want 7 then plan on using ITX. I am putting this at the top of my Echogear U20 because it is the perfect depth for the top slots that don't let the chassis slide out the back since there are support brackets at the back of the top slots. Everything seems to fit together perfectly, no complaints. Most compact function system I own here or in the office

My wife's powerful gaming machine went through two power supplies in a bit over two years. After the last failure I decided to obtain a larger one to ease up on the demands. Paired this board with an i3-12100 for my home server that runs 24/7. Works like a dream. Snappy and responsive setup. Very happy.

Best case ever

Other reviewers complain about how stiff the cables are. I haven't built a PC in a while but these cables were MUCH more flexible than any power cables I had ever used on previous PC builds. I had no issue bending them to reach any of the connectors.


At idle, and even under decent load, I can't hear this power supply at all. It's effectively silent to my ears, which is awesome!


I do wish the cables came with some labels indicating their purpose, although likely the only ones which are confusing are the 8 pin EPS and 8 pin PCIe cables, where the PCIe cables have 3 connectors and the EPS cables have only 2, so I figured it out fine looking at the specs.

Although I have not installed this MB as of this date, I'm confident with Asus products. I have always used their MB's. I would not use any other MB.

It was easy to install and the modular design made cable management a breeze.

I bought this case to move an existing NAS from an ITX tower into a rack mountable case. I had (5) 3.5 drives to mount. I found a (3) 3.5 to (2) 5.25 bay adapter with matching hexagon venting (the black isn't a perfect match, but good enough for a rack) and was able to add another 80mm fan. I thought I would only be able to fit one drive on top of each of the 3.5 cages making this adapter necessary. With an ITX board I was able to fit two drives in each of the 3.5 bays. The drive bay adapter brings the total capacity up to (7) 3.5 drives which seems insane for a short depth 2U case.


I already had a SFX power supply with an SFX to ATX adapter which allowed for some extra room. A 24-pin extension was necessary to reach the motherboard. I don't think this would be an issue with a standard ATX power supply.

It definitely feels like a cheap case. For the price I'm not complaining at all. My only gripe is I wasn't able to find rails that were compatible with my shorter depth rack (Tripp Lite SWR15US). I overcame this by mounting a shelf on the rear posts of my rack to support the back of the case which makes getting this in and out of the rack much easier.

Overall a great case. I couldn't find anything else able to support (5) 3.5 drives in a short depth 2U chassis for even double the price.

Has worked perfectly and is easy to manage the cables. Help that it is fully modular

This power supply was exactly what I wanted. It was to replace a similar one but with lesser output. The installation went flawlessly and took only a few minutes because the fit and power buss connections were perfect. I highly recommend this power supply.
