Covid, amirite? So the wife and I are both working from home and we've had to take turns at our big dual-monitor setup with a dock. It's no fun being the one left working in the kitchen. So we decided to get one of these as a mini version of the dual-monitor setup. It works great! The monitor itself is of pretty good build quality (surprising for its thinness and lightness) and decent image quality (1080p and good-enough-for-Office image quality). No one on Planet Earth likes fold-y origami covers-as-stands, and this isn't really and better than the rest, but it's OK (we both prefer having it in portrait mode - helps with reading) and it's a really nice robust-feeling folio cover for when you're not using the screen. The screen is USB-powered only and runs on DisplayPort via USB-C. There's apparently some other way to connect using regular old USB-A and some software, but we haven't tried that (both our laptops support DP over USB-C). There's no touchscreen or pen support.


Not bad value either, though it it could have been a bit cheaper. Then again, there are plenty of other, cheaper portable monitors on the market purporting to do the same thing, but I suppose I trust Asus (I've been a customer for years) more than brands I've never heard of. Good job Asus!

I needed additional real estate, while mobile, to monitor the many windows I'm required to keep open. As we all know, tucking a full monitor under your arm and toting additional cables isn't ideal. This little unit is exactly what I was shopping for. It performs well and is pretty much grab and go! I've been spreading the word to my friends who have a similar need. In short, it's a cool and functional tech gadget!

I first tried using this screen with my old MacBook Pro 2012 with a USB C to USB 3 cable. It didn’t work-simple video stuttered and the screen stayed dark so I put it in the closet for a few months.

Then I got a MacBook Pro 2018 with USB C/Thunderbolt 3 I went on the road and decided to grab this monitor and try it again for editing (premiere pro). It works beautifully. Stunning even. Won’t travel for work without it again!

This portable monitor has been designed very well. It is sleek, bright and light enough to add to my backpack.� The magnetic cover has multiple angles in landscape mode and I like having the option to set it to portrait.

It is truly my favorite gadget at the moment.

I used it on my laptop and desktop both with only different USB-C cables, thats fantastic for my work and life, next step I will bring it out for business, and I believe it will not disappoint me for sure.

This hooked right up with my 2017 15.4" MacBook Pro.� Gives me the extra screen real estate I need when I'm not at my office hooked up to my bigger monitor.

I was a bit skeptical but my job takes me to remote sites and dragging a regular monitor around just isn't an option. This is a nicely built piece of hardware. It easily fits in my computer bag. With the cover on it's about 1/2" thick and slightly smaller (height and width) than my 15" laptop. I don't have USB C on my laptop but using the adapter it plugged and played with Windows 10. When you figure out how to use the folds in the magnetic cover it sets up in less than 10 seconds. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Bought this over a month ago. Good item, easy to use. The only improve could be the foldable stand: to make it stronger and more reliable

I use this as an additional monitor for my main system and a portable monitor for when I need it with my laptop. Works perfectly!
