Waited many years to upgrade from the 5D Mk3. Really impressed with the customizable options and quality. Biggest bonus is the much lighter weight of the mirrorless system.

Where do I start? Well, this is now my third Sony Mirrorless camera, but my first Pro camera. I started off with the Sony a6000, then upgraded to the a6400 which was replaced by this camera. I'm a beauty and portrait photographer, and the difference between this model and my previous a6400 is incredible. I'm loving all the different programmable buttons available, being able to pull out and rotate the screen as well as the super fast and accurate Eye Autofocus. Skin tones also seem to be improved, so that's a big plus. My only disappointment (and it's a minor one) is that Sony couldn't include an external battery charger. Instead they opted for a power brick and USB cable to charge the battery while it's inside the camera. I probably won't be replacing this body for at least 5 years, and I'm very happy with my decision and purchase.

The best camera I ever had

Received the camera early. A7IV's auto focus was awesome, the color was nice and the images were sharp! The low light's shooting was unbelievable.

I had put the camera on a backorder alert, I got routine info updates. When I got the email that the camera was in stock. I ordered the camera at 4pm and had the camera in my hands at 10am the next day. Great job B&H!

The camera has good quality image. I shot with 50mm prime lens and the image is crispy sharp and form great bokeh in the background. It has retains good details after I zoom in. The image is also great in low light setting.

I had just recently purchased an a7iii which I had barely used but was loving when the a7iv came out with massively increased video capabilities in addition to a more resolute sensor and other upgrades. For the increased video capabilities alone, I decided to trade in and buy the a7iv. And massively happy I did! Great camera.
