Bought a V300 case with foam inserts for a recent trip. I don't like to carry everything in my large camera bag and also wanted to bring a smaller bag for hiking. The V300 was able to hold everything I wanted for the trip and I kept it in my AirBnb while taking out what I wanted for a day hike in my 20L bag. So nice to be able to lock it and throw it in my truck without worrying about my gear getting damaged. I highly recommend it and might even get a larger one for bigger trips.

My only issue is I wish it was slightly deeper as you have to put most lenses or small drones on their side (pictured). It just barely fit a DJI RC2 Controller on it side (pictured). But then again it wasn't an issue with the amount of gear I wanted to bring.

Love this case, very solid and protective.

Took out separators. open space for: My M_ mount lenses_28mm,& 50mm stashed each in a Lowe Pro 7 X 13cm ZIPPED CASES, and Leica Monochrome with mounted 35 1.4 VOIGHTLANDER also in a Zipped lower Pro case one size up. They are protected from dust and easy to take out and throw in a backpack this way, unexposed to the dirt and moisture. There is room for one more Leica or Sony a7V Body with pancake lens(uncased) The smaller case is great, it will go into a backpack also. Flying lite. protected with hard shell, and the Lowel zipper case are the best protection.... got it all !!!

I was delighted to receive this case as a gift. I use it for telescope eyepieces and other accessories. But I was disappointed with the foam. The middle layer in the bottom of the case was too small--it didn't fill the case wall-to-wall. I thought it was an error, so I returned it for an exchange, which had the same issue. Imagine trying to keep alignment between two pieces of foam of different sizes while cutting them to fit your parts. I contacted Pelican (not easy to do), who eventually (after many attempts) sent me a set of replacement foam and expressed appreciation for alerting them to this issue. Today, foam is cut, parts are inside, and all is good. I wonder who approved the small foam and why.

I bought the v200 and v300 from B&H. And both serve me well. The v300 holds a lot of equipment with lots of protection in a very reasonable amount of space. The uses for these cases are many.

Perfect for my Canon 5D MII with 4 lenses + filters.

I simply love this case. It's large enough to store everything I need for a day out, but small enough to take along.
This is my second Pelican purchase from B&H. I use the Vault 550 for a home base storage for my fear.
Great and useful case!!! Highly, highly recommend this for this for your needs.

Bought this to hold some Nikon speed lights and it works excellently.
