Power your Aputure 600 series light for long shoots using high-voltage batteries with this Dual Helix/APEX High-Voltage V-Mount Plate Kit from Core SWX. The kit includes two V-mount plates designed to replace the V-mount battery plates on the Aputure 600 light fixture ballast for use with high-voltage 29.6V / 367Wh APEX 360 V-mount batteries.

Though the lower voltage APEX 14.8V batteries will work with the original Aputure plates, they are also compatible with this set of plates. The plates install easily without any tools required using the existing wiring and terminal blocks.

A: The Core SWX Helix Max 98Wh Lithium-Ion Dual-Voltage Battery cannot be manually switched between the two voltages. The battery switches automatically depending on the voltage of the plate that it is attached to. If the battery detects a higher voltage plate, it will adjust accordingly to the higher voltage. The default will be 14V, which is supported on the Sony PXW-FX9 XDCAM 6K Full-Frame Camera System (B&H # SOPXWFX9). The battery will switch to 28V when mounted on a camera that's supports that voltage.
