Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Is the modesty panel the same material as the top or is it just a sheet of metal?

A: The modesty panel of the Kendall Howard Advanced Classroom Training Table (60" Wide x 24" Deep, Folkstone) is laminated wood that matches the work surface.

Q: 2. will they work on a dimmer?

A: They have a built in dimmer but you could attach them to a dimmer as well.

Q: 3. How tall are they? Looking for the vertical dimension so I can figure out what would be a good storage case.

A: The ALZO Small Riser Platform's height from the working table base to the top edge of the riser is 10" and the working surface is 2" high.

Q: 4. I am unfamiliar with ball heads, but I’ve had a desktop LED lamp hinge go floppy after a few uses, so I’m wondering: Are the ball heads strong enough that the lamps can be stored in the position shown (which is at an angle, so more strained than if it were upright) without giving way after a few weeks, becoming floppy and therefore useless?

A: It is possible over time, if you store them sideways they will not strain the ball head

Q: 5. I have two questions. 1) What are the dimensions? 2)What colors does the table come in (Black, White, Clear)? Thank you very much. Sincerely, ~Will S.

A: Set of 2 small plexiglass riser platforms 11 inches x 11 inches, black and clear for jewelry and small object product photography. Ideal for use with photo tents, clear platform eliminates shadows. For 14 inch or 28 inch tents. Clear platform produces shadowless images, and black platform creates a dramatic effect with a slight mirror reflection. It includes a curved back panel to eliminate a horizon line in images when shooting at a low angle. It is constructed of heavy 1/4 inch acrylic plexiglass and can support up to 30 pounds of weight.

Q: 6. Do you sell the caster set?

A: The Kendall Howard Advanced Classroom Training Table (60" Wide x 24" Deep, Folkstone), B&H # KE6024TTFS, caster set is the Kendall Howard Training Table Locking Caster Kit (B&H # KETTLCK).

Q: 7. is the screw in the base also 1/4-20? I may want to attach a spotting scope to the base and not use the ball head. The scope is threaded for 1/4-20

A: It is 1/4-20, and it has a 3/8 thread adapter on it to fit the ball head.

Q: 8. What is the width and length of the table?

A: The top portion of the Photogenic Tony Posing Table measures 18 x 27" with an adjustable height of 25-48".

Q: 9. Leg base dimensions?

A: Legs are 4 1/2 inches long, and when fully opened they cover a 10 1/2 inch diameter circle.

Q: 10. My DSLR weights 1.62 lbs and my 24-70 lens weighs 2.15 lbs for a total of 3.77 lbs. While the tripod capacity is 6 lbs, the weight of my lens extends beyond the camera body by 4.5 inches, putting a strain on the ball head to stay in place and not droop. I am concerned about this unless I can be assured the ball head will support that much weight forward?

A: I have a canon 5D Mark3 + 24-70 2.8. Both on top of this table tripod and it works flawlessly. Just make sure that one of the legs is parallel to the lens or else it will tip over. I havent experience any droopings with my table tripod
