Revolog 460nm Color Negative Film (120 Roll Film)

Revolog 460nm Color Negative Film (120 Roll Film)
  • Product Code: ga120795
  • Availability: In Stock

$59.97 $88.76

Revolog's 460nm is a peculiar color negative film with strong color shifts. Changing the exposure parameters will cause the colors in the image to exhibit strong blue and violet hues; as well greens or yellows depending on the light and exposure time, among other factors. Unlike previous offers from Revolog that feature light leaks and other experimental effects, 460nm's effects do not obstruct any part of the image, making it usable in a wider range of shooting situations. It's available as a single roll of 120 film.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Might be a dumb question, but this would fit into a holga camera?

A: It should fit. Holga cameras mainly use 120 film.

Q: 2. Would it work for Kodak brownie starlet camera? 127mm. I look at more there is adapter for 120mm. But, it's is small box camera that might fit 120mm.. never done it before.. wounding if is possible.. thanks

A: 120 can be used on cameras that take 117 or 620 film by winding the film onto the appropriate spool. 127 film is approximately 2/3 the width of 120 and would need to be cut down and respooled. I am not familiar with the Kodak Starlet however.

Q: 3. Will this work with a pentax zoom 105-R?

A: The Pentax Zoom 105 R uses 35mm film, so you would need the Kodak Professional Portra 400 Color Negative Film (35mm Roll Film, 36 Exposures, 5-Pack), BH # KOP40036PP https://bhpho.to/2JOxjo4

Q: 4. I have an original vintage Diana-F with the red window centered and at the bottom edge of the back of the camera. I just installed Kodak Portra 400, and I never saw any frame numbers in the red window. Help! Are the numbers not in the right place on Kodak film? Can I assume they are in the right place on Lomo film? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated so I can stop wasting money buying film that doesnt work. Thanks!

A: If you have the original (as opposed to the lomography remake), it might be a different story....and I am a complete newb & could be totally wrong here... but I think if you change it in the back from 12 to 16 (or vice versa) that may solve your problem? At least thats how I went about it. My pictures did turn out all wonky with overlapping frames however (but in a cool way that I loved and would attempt to do again haha). I did see the numbers though!

Q: 5. Hi! is this 35mm?

A: No, this is not 35mm film. The Lomography 120 Lomographic ISO 800 Color Negative Film (3 Rolls) is size 120 color negative print film designed for use in cameras that use the larger, unperforated 120 film.

Q: 6. Does the 120 format of this film have numbers for counting frames on it's back paper?

A: Yes, the CineStill Film 800Tungsten C-41 Color Negative Film (120 Roll Film) has the reference numbers for counting frames.

Q: 7. When will it be restocked?

A: Unfortunately we do not have any date of availability for this film. We suggest keeping an eye on this space for an announcement.

Q: 8. What is the expiration date? The picture shows May 2011?

A: B&H buys and sells film in bulk. In general we regularly maintain fresh film stock. All of our film is at least 6 months from expiration (typically much longer). Anytime film stock is less than 6 months from expiration we sell it in a separate section and label it as short-dated film and also price it with a slight discount (again due to the volumes we sell this rarely occurs). Unfortunately we do not have access to our inventory to hand inspect the expiration date of any of our films prior to purchase.

Q: 9. Can I use this film for the Holga camera?

A: If your Holga is a 120 version then yes you can use it.

Q: 10. I'm looking for film for an old Brownie Hawkeye. Will this work?

A: The Kodak Brownie Hawkeye camera uses 620 film, not 120 film, and would not be compatible with the Kodak 120 Professional Portra 400 Color Negative Film (Pro Pack, 5 Rolls) listed above. You would have to choose one of the 620 roll films we have listed on our website. http://bhpho.to/1fbaWFp
