Q: 1. can this power the Unifi AC-IW? https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1296864-REG/ubiquiti_networks_uap_ac_iw_us_uap_ac_iw_unifi_access_point.html

A: Yes. The Ubiquiti Networks 48V PoE Adapter B&H # UBPOE4824W will power the Ubiquiti Networks UAP-AC-IW-US UniFi Access Point Enterprise Wi-Fi System BH #UBUAPACIWUS.

Q: 2. Does this support being plugged into a 220V socket?

A: It says it has an input of 100 - 240V. So as long as you have a plug that fits the socket for 220V you would be ok. It comes with the 110 plug.

Q: 3. Does anyone know if the QSFP28 ports on this support breakout cables? I'm assuming so but want to be sure before I purchase...

A: The QNAP QSW-M7308R-4X 12-Port 100G QSFP28 / 25G SFP28 Managed Network Switch does not support breakout cables.

Q: 4. Does the three pack come with the power cable?

A: No, you would need to use the PoE feature to power it or use a separate USB-C cable.

Q: 5. Will this work with Speco O2VLB8 IP camera?

A: No, this Ubiquiti POE injector will not work with the Speco camera.

Q: 6. Can the 50V 60W Gigabit Adapter be used with Ubiquiti Networks U6-LR UniFi 6 AX3000?

A: Yes it will work with the Ubiquiti Networks U6-LR UniFi 6 AX3000 Long-Range Access Point BH #UBU6LRUSe

Q: 7. Is this PoE+ or Passive?

A: It is 48 Volts, so it is PoE+ Passive is 24 Volts

Q: 8. Are you going to sell the Nvidia ConnectX-6 100g cards too?

A: Regarding the NVIDIA ConnectX-7 200GB/s NDR200 IB Single-Port OSFP Adapter Card (Secure Boot), currently, we do not sell the NVIDIA ConnectX-6 100g cards.

Q: 9. Is this POE injector 802.3at compliant?

A: Yes, this will be 802.3at compliant.

Q: 10. Will this work with a Panasonic AW-HE40SW HD PTZ Camera?

A: Yes it would, but look at the power standards not necessarily voltage. Regular PoE is the 802.3af standard, and PoE+ (plus) is the 802.3at standard. The main difference between the 802.3af (PoE) and 802.3at (PoE+) standards is the maximum amount of power they provide over Cat5 cabling. The maximum amount of power for the 802.3af (PoE) standard is 15.4 watts. The maximum for the 802.3at (PoE+) standard is 25.5 watts. Ubiquity mixes PoE equipment standards with 12V, 24V, 48V and 50V PoE adapters but most PoE equipment is 48V PoE or PoE+. Usually you only need higher voltages to reach longer distance's. Sometimes it is hard to get PoE+ to reliably work over 100M or 300ft, so you would need a PoE injector with slightly higher voltage to deliver 25W at 300 plus feet. For the record, the Panasonic camera does not need GB speed which uses all 8 conductors. 100mb over 2 pairs CAT5 or CAT5E (using only 4 of 8 conductors) will work fine. I'd stick with a 100mb PoE+ injector.
