I was looking for a label printer to create a more professional looking address on outgoing mail. I also wanted the ability to produce folder labels and box labels. This unit has all the basic features I require as well as additional features I might use in the future. It’s easy to use, does exactly what I require, and doesn’t require a lot of directions to get working properly. Great little addition to my office. 5

works great. Only problem is that you have to buy the whole assembly to change roles instead of just being able to replace a label roll on the spool. Very wasteful and poor design compared to your competitors. 5

I had another label printer and it died when I needed to make labels. B&H had the 800 with free shipping so I ordered it. It was due in a few days, right when I was going to be gone. It arrived one day early and I was able to keep my commitment and make my appointment. The 800 works flawlessly. I have no use for the ability to have both red and black on a label yet but i am confidant that it will work too. 5
