This tripod pan and tilt smothly. Really enjoy working with it. Easy to pick up and move quickly. Very stable as well. I use it with my Sony A7s rigged with an Walimex Pro Aptaris cage and 7 Ikan monitor VK7i. This is not a carbon fiber tripod as in being lite but I found it not heavy. 5

Pleasant surprise. I own a ton of equipment, but I am always looking for a deal. I needed a tripod for video, but did not want to spend a ton of money. The reviews on this one looked great, so I figured I'd give it a try. And I am very impressed. I have a friend who just spent 3000. On a video tripod of the same size, and I used it on a video shoot. Honestly don't see a big difference between his and this one. This tripod is a steal, and have no regrets. Well made, all metal. I was concerned about the plastic knobs, bit when I tried them, they lock down real solid and have no concerns now. I replaced the half ball and head with my man grotto, but honestly,, the one I came with was not bad. The center brace is the only thing that could be better, but no biggie 5

This Tripod is great! The legs don't slip/slide like my Magnus Tripod, it is stable and secure locks. The fluid head is GREAT! It flows well and love the fluid movement. The Magnus fluid tripod I got was good for a first tripod. But this one is definitely an upgrade! 5
