A: Yes, as long as you will be positioning the Foamcore in an upright position it will hold. If you will be positioning the Foamcore in a position that puts more stress on the lock like in a horizontal position it may not hold as well. It will all depend on how it is used. Another option I could suggest to you would be the Matthews Mini Grip Head. BH #MAMGH For full control of the Foamcore you may need to get a normal sized grip head.

A: The Proaim 18' Jib Arm is just the arm and its parts to operate. The Item does not come with support for the arm and will need to be purchased separately.

A: As the Atom Clamp has a jaw opening of about 1.3 , that should clamp to the top crossbar of the Moza. Both ends of the articulating arm have a standard 1/4=20 threaded stud on them, which can screw into tapped holes on a rig or other accessories like the Atom Clamp, coldshoe adapter, etc.Clamp this only to the top cross bar as clamping to any of the moving parts may throw off the balance enough that the servos won't be able to adequately compensate for it.
