Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. How many liters is this bag? I couldn’t find it in the description.

A: Think Tank does not list the size of the bag in liters. The interior of the bag is, 9.4” W x 16.3” H x 3.9-5.3” D (24 x 41.5 x 10-13.5 cm)

Q: 2. I'm torn between this and the Perception Pro for my Sony 6300 and 3 lenses. Which one would be the best choice?

A: I really like Think Tank bags, and I use the Urban Approach 15 to store my Fujifilm X-E2s gear and when hiking longer distances with more gear (Canon FD lenses.) Otherwise, I use a ThinkTank Restrospective 5, when travelling. I removed the dividers and can carry the Fujifilm X-E2s, 18-55 mm, 10-24 mm, and 55-200 mm, with a Nissin i40 electronic flash, remote release, and 16 mm lens extension tube. I have no experience with the Perception Pro; however, I would not consider the ThinkTank Urban Approach 15 if I wanted rapid access to switch lenses in an urban environment or street photography. I hope this information is helpful to you.

Q: 3. I know that this is ment for Mirrorless systems's, but would this hold a Canon 6D, 16-35 f4, 50mm f1.8 stm and an 85mm f1.8 usm lenses, in addition to a GX7, 12-35f 2.8, 35-100 f2.8 plu a couple of small primes?

A: That should all fit if you configure it right. This backpack says its designed for mirrorless systems but I've definitely thrown DSLR systems in there with plenty of room left to spare.

Q: 4. Can this fit a a7III with a battery grip?

A: It should - the lower area is higher. BTW: After six months I still love this bag and it has held up very well with a lot of travel and photoshoot abuse.

Q: 5. Can this fit an A7III with a battery grip?

A: You can put a A7III with a battery grip in the case.

Q: 6. will this hold a sony 200-600 with camera attached?

A: Yes, the Think Tank Urban Approach 15 Backpack can hold the Sony 200-600mm lens mounted on a Sony camera.

Q: 7. How deep is the interior of the bag? I want to be able to put my OM Systems OM-1 MkII with battery grip in it without removing the grip. Need 6 inches of depth.

A: The interior depth of the Think Tank Photo Urban Approach 15 Backpack for Mirrorless Camera Systems (Black) is 5.3”.

Q: 8. will this hold a 16 inch MacBook Pro?

A: Yes this bag can accommodate a 16" MacBook Pro.

Q: 9. have anyone tried to carry a moza air2 gimbal or anyother of the same size here? the moza backpacks seem not to good

A: We do not feel this would be a good fit for the Moza Air 2.

Q: 10. Wondering if it is convenient to access camera in bag like a sling bag??

A: This is a standard backpack and a sling bag gives much easier access to a camera.
