Q: 4. Will this setup power two items? Like will the battery power one item and the car adapter charge the other? (I have two low-power LED lights I would like to power that would work with this connection).

A: Enter I wish I could give you a good answer but unfortunately when I ordered this product I received the wrong items. The light kit I was going to use this on was pretty lame too so I sent everything back and got an IKAN light kit. You cant use the 12v car adaptor with the IKANs but you can use some rechargeable batteries mounted to the back of the lights. This was a much better option for me and I am looking to get more because they have worked so well.an answer to this question.

lnp-f970 batteries are by far the best batteries for Sony cameras. have excellent durability. depending on the camera will last for a whole day of recording. in my NEX-FS700 camera to record slow consumes almost double the normally, so with a couple of you have for the day, great addition to the Sony cameras and monitors supported. 5

I use this with a sont nx5u. i think it reads something like 130 hours fully charged. Ive yet to actually test it but it seems about right. I can get 4-5 uses of the camera wihtout switching batteries. They also happen to fit my ikan led light kit. 5

I have two of these. That lets me keep one on the charger and one in the camera. I can shoot most of the day on one battery, then swap them and keep going if I have to. These high-capacity batteries are great! The recharge time is reasonably quick given the large capacity of the battery. 5
