A: It is a matte black. It can be pure black if your exposure is correct.

A: No the item does not come with a stand. I recommend a sturdy stand at least a Manfrotto not the Lastolite (Lastolite 3355 Bracketed Stand) as it is way too light and will just tip over - I know I got this. Another recommendation is a Lastolite Magnetic Background Support (LL LB1120). This attached to the top of your light stand and the background will just click onto the magnets. Hope this help.

A: Yes it will. Flip the lens hood backwards. I also have an arca Swiss quick release clip on the battery grip.
