The connector on the end of the cord is the standard small item plug that fits all kinds of small electronic items, including external hard disk enclosures. There are MANY inexpensice power supplies on the market (or you may have some lying around) that put out 12v dc and at least 150 mA. If you find one that puts out more than that, is should be just fine. ...just not lower than 150mA. You do need decent quality to prevent hum. B&H may sell one, or look on eBay. ..for a p.s. that for input 110 and 240 Volts, and 50 / 60 Hz. ..so you can use here (U.S.) or in Europe, wherever.
