The 64 Input x 16 Output Crosslink Composite Analog Video Router with Status Panel from Matrix Switch is an analog video routing switcher with 64 BNC inputs and 16 BNC outputs that employs Crosslink technology and can be used as a standalone unit or it can be combined with other analog video routers to adapt to a two-channel YV router or three-channel YUV/RGB router.

Low crosstalk and very limited noise levels are achieved using premium quality components with extensive shielding and low-noise, linear on-board power supply regulation. A built-in web interface provides configuration and control options using a PC or mobile device. The unit supports the easy-to-use Mascot protocol, as well as other common third-party protocols. Two BNC ports provide tri-level sync or NTSC/PAL black burst, and users can store and recall up to 10 presets on the system.

RS-485, RS-232, AUX GPIO, and TCP/IP over Ethernet interfaces are all available on the router and two power ports are included, with one of these intended for optional, redundant power support.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. If a 4:3 aspect ratio composite video signal is input, will the 4:3 aspect ratio be preserved when the hdmi output is displayed on a modern monitor, or is the image stretched to 16:9 aspect ratio?

A: This device allows you to select the scaling and zooming that works best for the image.

Q: 2. CAN YOU SHOW ME HOW TO CONNECT EQUIPMENTS TO mg16 MIXER FOR A GOOD PERFORMANCE?

A: Please refer to the Yamaha owner's guide provided at the link below for all connections and operating details:http://bit.ly/1HkvRk9

Q: 3. can the inputs be used for 4 camcorders and can be switched in vmix?

A: We're afraid not, this is a 4 x 4 PCI HDMI Matrix Switch not a capture device. It does not have video capture capabilities. For a quad HDMI card that will work with vMix we recommend the Magewell Pro Capture Quad HDMI Card (4-Channel), B&H # MA400DEHDMI, instead. https://bhpho.to/2bE2GRV

Q: 4. Will this encoder pass DCI 4K60p?

A: No, the CAME-TV HDMI-to-USB 3.0 Video Capture Adapter has a maximum Input resolution of 4K (3840x2160), and a Max Output resolution of 4K (3840x2160). The framerate would be maximum 30p in 4k UHD.

Q: 5. Does this unit require any top or bottom ventilation when rack mounted?

A: No, the Allen & Heath DX168 Portable DX Expander does not require any top or bottom ventilation when it is rack mounted. The fans and ventilation ports for the DX168 are on the sides.

Q: 6. If I connect 3 cameras to this card, will I be able to view all three simultaneously?

A: This card will only capture one channel at a time.

Q: 7. I have an old Sony J-10 Betacam SP player with DV outputs that I'd like to digitize some old BetaSP tapes - will this work, and if so, is there a software interface to this product?

A: There are a list of J-10 input/output interfaces:Sync- BNC (x 1 input)Composite Video- BNC (x 1 output)Composite Video- RCA (x 1 output)S-Video- 4-Pin (x 1 output)FireWire- 6-Pin (x 1 output)Analog Component Video- 3-BNC (x 1 output)Audio- XLR (x 2 output)Audio- RCA (x 2 output)RS-422A- 9-Pin (x 1)RS-232C- 9-Pin (x 1)Headphones- 1/4-Inch Stereo (x 1 output)You don't need all of them EXEPT FireWire - 6-Pin (x 1 output)Connect it directly to your computer. Standard packages as iMovie or Premiere are working with FireWire very well (you have to have FireWire input on your computer, which is standard for old Mac, or Thunderbolt/FireWire adapter, or other FireWire input adapter for PC).With FireWire you will have the highest image quality, which is impossible with other output interfaces.

Q: 8. what is the frame rate of this converter for hdmi out ? does it gives 50i ?

A: Do not buy, poor resolution.

Q: 9. I am looking for a unit to covert VHS tapes into a digital format. So I want to go out of my VHS machine directly into a computer via firewire. Will this unit do this - that is what the Canopus ADVC converter does, but it converts the VHS into DV. Will this convert VHS into HD via firewire?

A: There is no firewire on this device. You can input analog AV (yellow, red, white cable) and output an HDMI or S video signal. If you have a device to record these signals this device will help you accomplish your goal. We use the Blackmagic video assist, but there are other, less expensive systems for your application

Q: 10. When rack mounted, how many U does this require?

A: The Allen & Heath DX168 Portable DX Expander for dLive Mixing Systems requires 4U when rack mounted. The Allen & Heath AB168-RK10 Rackmount Kit for AB168 AudioRack (B&H # ALAHAB168RK1) is the rackmount kit.
