The Hawk-Woods VL-A1M V-Mount Power Adapter to XLR 4-Pin Female is a universal V-mount adapter designed to cover a variety of different applications when no specific mounting options are required. The V-mount fitting has been mounted to a flat aluminum plate and provides 2 x D-Tap outputs alongside a 15.7" fixed 4-pin XLR lead.

My 2-port audio interface doesn't have plug-in power to the 2nd Mini-Phono port. This allows me to mix two condenser mics by using the XLR w/ Phantom Power as a 2nd input. 5

My audio mix has two inputs XLR mic and 1/4” Instr. The two inputs come in on separate channels and the headSet jack monitored the mic only. Must improved performance using this adapter and I can now hear what’s being recorded. Use the XLR input for audio mic on your mixer. 5

I am using the Rode VXLR+ to connect an inexpensive plug-in-power (condenser) lavalier microphone (with male TRS jack) to my (female XLR) microphone pre-amp on a desktop mixer. The main objective was to circumvent the built in mic on my laptop when I am on web meetings. All I can say is Wow! Everyone says I sound crisp, clear, loud without distortion, and there is no external distracting noise coming through. I used this setup to make a recording of my voice and I was floored. This is a high quality connector with robust input and output jacks and delivers. I expect this product to last a lifetime. Can't tell you, but it works just as well. It does what it says, nothing more or less. Can't complain. (OK, the clip might be a TOUCH more sturdy, I do worry it'll break, being plastic (sadly), but it's not a deal breaker. 5
