Use your Misfit Kick Mk I, Misfit Kick Mk II, 360, or Misfit Six matte box in a swing-away setup with this Swing-Away Dovetail from Bright Tangerine. The dovetail facilitates the quick release anchor for the separately available swing-away core, allowing the matte box to swing away from the lens for fast lens swaps. The aluminum plate attaches to the matte box with four stainless steel screws.

A: I have the Sony 28-135 and found I could use the clamp-on ring around the front of the lens, although it is a tight fit and doesn't slide on fully due to the tabs Sony put on the lens to mount the standard hood. However, it does stay on okay. I measured the diameter before ordering, but those tabs make it uncertain and I haven't got my hands on an 18-110 yet.

A: The Bright Tangerine Misfit Kick 360 MK II 3-Stage Swing-Away Kit is not a "clamp-on," style matte box, so it does not come with any Clamping accessories whatsoever.

This solution in combination with their green FX sensor swabs really did the trick. I know they sell a sensor cleaning solution, but a lot of times those don't get oil spots off of the sensor and this one gets dust and oil off to a streak free shine. I highly recommend using a bright light or a sensor loop that is lighted to see into the sensor area to get all of the dust. Also, blow your sensor off on all areas with a hand squeezed blower, not a compressed air can. Once the sensor is free of loose debris, apply 3-4 drops of this solution to your green Visible Dust sensor swab and make one pass from right to left or left to right, NOT BOTH! When I tried swiping right to left and then back again I actually left dust on the edge of the sensor. Use this product twice and then check again once it's dry for any more dust and simply blow it off. This product does not leave streak marks and works perfectly. I can't say enough good things about it. I own two D700's and I wouldn't use anything else on them. Sending your camera back for cleaning every month can be time consuming and unpractical and dry cleaning alone often times isn't enough to get the stubborn dust off the sensor. Buy it, don't look back! 5

I was having some difficulty getting my Nikon D3 sensor clean until I used this product. In one swipe, it was clean. Using the right size swab is very important also. 5

I use this when I'm cleaning the sensors on my Nikon D3 and D2X. Every once in a while grease gets on the sensor and this solution is great for a thorough clean. 5

Cleaned my 5D Mk II sensor with Visible Dust Sensor Clean and got a big smear right through the center of my sensor. A new swab and one wipe with Smear Away, and clean as a whistle. I must have picked up a bit of oil on my first swab from the mirror hinge. The best move I ever made was to switch to the Visible Dust cleaning system. I previously used Eclipse and Pec Pads, I found that with Pec Pads it would take up to 10 cleans to get all the dust off, now the Arctic Butterfly does the job 90% of the time and any stubborn dust is normally cleaned with one or two swipes. 5
