The light wood Vestia N°2 3-Way Floorstanding Speaker from Focal is the smallest floorstanding speaker in the Vestia line, made for smaller spaces or for use as rear surrounds when combined with Vestia N°3 or N°4 speakers in the front. The N°2 offers neutral and accurate sound reproduction through the use of Focal's exclusive technologies, like the Slatefiber cone woofer made from recycled carbon fibers and the 'M'-shaped inverted dome TAM tweeter to enhance the treble. The Vestia N°2 speaker features two 6.5" bass woofers and one 6.5" midrange driver to deliver impressive dynamics in home cinema or Hi-Fi listening. Ultra-rigid MDF construction provides controlled resonance with impressive neutrality and front and rear ports increase airflow and minimize dynamic compression. The Vestia N°2 is ideal in rooms from 215 ft2 with a recommended listening distance of 10 ft. All Focal speaker drivers are developed and manufactured in France by Focal.

The Vestia loudspeakers are equipped with Focal's exclusive Slatefiber cone speaker drivers. Each N°2 speaker houses three 6.5" composite cones, comprised of recycled non-woven carbon fibers applied as a filling between two layers of thermoplastic polymer. The combination of these two materials results in excellent acoustic performance, in terms of sound velocity as well as rigidity, damping, and lightness. Focal is the first brand in the audio field to use recycled carbon fibers in its speaker drivers.

Another engineering exclusive, Focal claims the 'M' shape of the inverted dome tweeter has several advantages over a standard inverted dome tweeter. The 1" 'M'-shaped tweeter is even less directional than the standard inverted dome for better flexibility of listening position. Also, the 'M' shape gives the dome more rigidity while reducing distortion. The horn housing of the 'M'-shaped tweeter has been designed to provide equal horizontal and vertical directivity, translating to more accurately reproduced high frequencies with less of a room "sweet spot."

For the Vestia line, Focal took their inspiration from Vesta and Hestia, Greek goddesses of the hearth and the home. The aesthetic combines a sleek design with understated and refined finishes. The front panels of the loudspeakers have a leather effect, combined with a light wood finish on the side panels.

Made in France in their own workshops, these loudspeakers deliver the Focal purity of sound. They are proud to manufacture products in their production workshops in Saint Étienne and cabinetry workshops in Bourbon-Lancy, France, which has afforded them certification as a French Living Heritage Company and recognition worldwide.

Q: 1. Does a printed target come with this Purchase of Focal Pro 2 from B&H?

A: Yes. Also when registering online, they have other target downloads that you can print yourself

Q: 2. I do not understand the Bottom of C222 speaker, according to JBL SPECS it is a two way speaker with 2 15" woofers and Two horn sandwich in center, also it shows as being 60 " tall. Could you explain before I place an order for two speakers. Thank you

A: I apologize for any confusion. It's two 15" woofers, with top and bottom together. The bottom section is only 25" high. The top section is 34" high.

Q: 3. Can I use the Impact 4 socket adapter with this *with at least two 85 watt CFL lamps?

A: The Impact 4 Socket Fluorescent Adapter can be used with at least 2 85 watt CFL lamps.

Q: 4. Its not clear from the items description, how many light heads it comes with. Is it one or two? Thanks!

A: It comes with two complete lights! So two heads, two stands, two bulbs, and two soft boxes. It's a very basic kit with just an on/off switch, no dimmers. But they are solid lights!

Q: 5. Can this speaker sync with a Devialet Phantom so I can play the same music in two rooms?

Q: 8. Are the sockets ceramic or plastic?

A: Plastic, I wouldn't recommend using tungsten bulbs for this kit.

Q: 9. What is the total weight of this kit?

A: I will try and estimate and get back to you.

Q: 10. If I understand, I will have to run the program with each of my lens 9 Nikkor and Tamron G2. Is the camera record and keep in memory the correction result per lens ?

A: Yes. Each lens may have a different optimal AF Fine-tune set point. The last step in the FoCal is to enter the optimal AF-Fine tune number for that particular test. The (Nikon) camera will remember the setting for each lens tested and will automatically load that number when you put the lens on the camera. You can always change it manually, in the camera, for the lens that is on the camera. Test Zoom lenses at different focal lengths. You may have to compromise on the "best" setting since Nikon cameras only store one correction number for each lens.
