Q: 1. can it work with fujifilm xt3

A: Yes, this is compatible with the XT3.

Q: 2. I own the Vello captain transmitter and one captain reciever, will my captain transmitter trigger this reciever? I know it wiould be manual that's not a problem for me

A: According to the Vello FreeWave LR Wireless Flash Trigger Receiver's instruction manual, when using Channels 1-4, the Vello FreeWave LR Wireless Flash Trigger Receiver can be triggered via the Vello Captain TTL Transmitter.

Q: 3. Does this work for a Canon rebel T6

A: I would check in your flash menu to see if you can control triggers via hot shoe. It works great on my Nikon D7200. Eithet in manual or semi auto (p or s)

Q: 4. Is this compatible with Quantum QF8N flash?

A: While the Freewave LR system can potentially work with the Quantum Trio Flash, it has not been tested by the manufacturer to confirm otherwise. Your results may vary.

Q: 5. Can I use these with a Fujifilm X-E2 and an old Nikon SB600 flash on manual? The flash works with the camera when mounted on its hotshoe mount.

A: Yes. It will work

Q: 6. Is this unit compatible with a Nikon D90, 7000, 3200 or D3000 without problems. Can this unit damage Nikon cameras?

A: Yes, it works just fine.

Q: 7. Are the dual 3.5mm plugs compatible with PC?

A: Although this Williams Sound MIC 057 Single-Muff Headset can work for use with a computer, you would only hear one channel of the audio, instead of the full stereo sound. For most use with a computer, a Logitech headset like this one is going to be a better option: https://bhpho.to/3IeGrAx

Q: 8. Will this receiver work with Pocket Wizards? Seems to be the same frequency.

A: No, the Vello FreeWave LR Receiver, B&H # VERFWLRR, would not be compatible for use with PocketWizard remotes. You cannot interchange remotes between different manufacturer brands, even if they have the same frequency. But for the record, the Vello FreeWave LR Receiver operates on 2.4 GHz frequency, while PocketWizard remotes operate on 340 to 354 MHz or 344 MHz radio frequency.

Q: 9. will this work with Olympus 900r and 600r flashes ?? J. Payne

A: Yes, it is possible to use the Vello FreeWave LR Receiver with the Olympus FL-900R Electronic Flash and the Olympus FL-600R Flash mounted to the hot shoe on the bottom of the flashes listed above. However, do note that you would also need the Vello FreeWave LR Wireless Flash Trigger on the camera's hot shoe, and the transmitter is not sold by itself. As such, if you do not already own the transmitter, it would be better to purchase the Vello FreeWave LR Wireless Flash Trigger and Receiver Kit, B&H # VERFWLR, or the Vello FreeWave LR Kit with 2 Receivers, B&H # VERFWLRK, both which include the transmitter in the kit. Do note that these transmitters are fully manual, so you would have to set your flash output power manually as TTL automatic output is not compatible for use with the Vello FreeWave LR radio remotes.

Q: 10. Can I use it with the Nikon D500 and the Nikon Flash SB700....

A: Yes. Just remember that it is a manual trigger not TTL. So have to set your camera on manual and set the aperture and shutter speed. Say you set the shutter speed at 180 you can make tests at varying apertures and note the results. Or use a flash meter to tell you what aperture to use.
