The CameraRibbon Shoulder Rig Camera Support with Anton Bauer Battery Plate for Blackmagic Cinema or 4K Camera is a lightweight and compact padded shoulder support for ENG style shooting with an available Blackmagic Cinema Camera or Blackmagic 4K Production Camera. The support is made from a single strip of 1/8" aluminum and incorporates a cheeseplate and Anton Bauer battery plate that acts as the counterweight, while providing external power to the camera. The battery plate features a D-Tap power connector for accessories. The rig takes the strain off the camera operator's wrist, hands, and back with a counterbalanced and padded shoulder support.

The rig's design allows 4 x points of contact with the operator for very stable handheld shots, while maintaining a comfortable and balanced posture for the videographer. The included standard length quick-release plate features a 1/4"-20 mounting screw. The QR plate adapter (mounted to the support) features a locking lever, safety release, and 2 x accessory mounting points - 1 x 1/4"-20 and 1 x 3/8"-16. The rig includes hook and loop adhesive so you can attach a wireless microphone system to the rig. An included tripod strap allows you to mount the camera to a tripod and hang the rig from the strap, so you can power your camera from the rig.

A: This is designed to be compatible with the URSA Mini. The top handle is like the OEM version so it should hold the Mini's Viewfinder without issue. Unfortunately, we are not able to test these items.

Q: 7. Does it work with dvx200 ?

A: Seems to work with anything you can put on a tripod. I use it with both a Nikon D4 as well as my Panasonic AG100p Cameras for ENG Videos. Not as good as a good gyro stabilizer like a DJI Ronin but no set up time and great for short static clips on the Go. I am adapting mine to take monopod and the Really Right Stuff quick release system so that I can quickly and easily set up for longer interviews. It's really pretty cool.

A: According to Zacuto, the ACT EVF Pro does not have a waveform, histogram or vectorscope.

Q: 10. How does this mount exactly?

A: It has a smooth back. No mounting holes. I don't think it was designed to mount to anything. I use it to power LED lights via battery that have 4 pin XLR power input but no battery mount. The cord is long enough to run the light up just over 6 feet leaving the battery resting on the ground.
