Featuring everything from hammers crushing skulls and swords hacking limbs, to clanging metal, deflections, and weapon sheathing, the Medieval Melee BUNDLE sound FX pack from boom Library provides producers with 1091 preprocessed and raw 24-bit / 96 kHz WAV sound files ready for production work in trailers, movies, and video games. This BUNDLE pack features a whopping 10,166 total sounds, with a combination of completely raw and already processed options, so you can choose to slap prepared sounds in for a quick production, or make your own custom sounds and sonic layers.

The use of high-resolution WAV files for all sounds makes this pack universally compatible with all audio and video production software, including Pro Tools, Avid, Final Cut Pro X, and Logic Pro. UCS metadata protocols make sound-file searching as easy as can be, and these files fully support common audio management tools such as Soundminer, Basehead, and Soundly, as well as Windows and macOS computers.

The ringing steel and bass-pounding thuds of this collection truly highlight the destructive power of medieval weaponry. With these sounds alone, the full bloody brutality of combat can truly be felt, if not seen.

boom LIBRARY used trusted Sennheiser, Sanken CO-100K, and Schoeps mics to capture all the brutal crushing detail of these cold-iron masterpieces.

Medieval combat has never sounded more real. Engineers traveled across Europe in search of a massive variety of weapons to slam into wood, steel, and more. They even used analogous materials to recreate the sounds of weaponry but in a much bigger, larger-than-life way.
