This product helped me revived the stereo by connecting my phone to play music through the stereo. A great product and I wished I got it years ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really loved this adapter because we have a surround sound in the living room including a sub that is not Bluetooth. We plugged in the adapter and was able to play music from our phones. It comes in handy especially when you have children. We really loved this and it made things really convenient.

Finally exactly what I wanted, a simple way to bridge AirPlay to existing traditional sounds systems. I have tried others and have had mixed experiences. This works, and works well. Very little delay in selection, no drop outs. Sounds quality is great.

I have 13 sound zones in my house, mostly with old Airport Express devices on Airplay 2. They let me have single or multiple zones and powered subwoofers depending on where I am in the house. I was dismayed when Apple discontinued this device with no functional replacement. Even the AppleTV was not as good as it has no analog/optical audio out. The old AppleTVs worked but are not fully Airplay 2 capable and I can only use one zone at a time. This device is a GREAT replacement. Very small, about 1/4 the size of an airport, and extremely simple setup using the Apple Home app (which I already use to power the amps on or off). Only slight gripe is that it is wifi only and I really think wires are more reliable in general and have wired all my current devices with Cat6/7. I have not noticed any performance issues with the Belkin device, however, so more in my head than anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Belkin products are so reliable and this is no different. If you have an older model which doesn’t have Bluetooth capabilities you need this device for your audio needs. No longer will your devices need to be thrown out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this air play adapter to see if it would work for my stereo so I can just hook up my phone via air play and watch videos or listen to music. Let’s just say it did exactly that and was so easy to use and set up! Within no time I was listening to my Spotify playlist on a surround system I could never listen to music on before. I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking to do the same. Belkin made a reliable and convenient product.

Why did it take Belkin so long to develop this fantastic device? Amazing all the AVR folks did not serve their faithful customers with non-Wi-Fi units first! I pulled about 10k of my older stereo components from the garage and we are back in business! Thank you Belkin!
