Make clear telephone calls using your existing home phone with the Telo Air from Ooma. Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, the Telo Air connects to your home network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and you can plug your home phone, fax machine, or phone jack splitter into the telephone port.

Once you activate the Telo Air, you can place domestic and international calls. For U.S. calls, you pay only applicable federal, state, and local taxes and fees. International calling rates apply. The OOMA system is relatively easy to set up and yields outstanding audio quality . It is cost effective - saving us at least $100 per month when compared to our prior land line and international calling plan combination . Highly recommended . 5

After porting over an old land line to an cable company, receiving their black box phone modem, spending several hours trying to get it to work, and more time on two phone calls with tech support, still not working, my brother-in-law suggested OOMA. IT IS SO SIMPLE TO SET UP-15 MINUTES, AND WORKED RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. You set up an OOMA account and pick your area code and phone number to get the OOMA working, then I asked them-simple and on-line-to port over that phone line from the cable/internet company. They did it within a few days, and it worked immediately. The default number for calling out was OOMAs number, and I wanted it to be my old land line number, so I went to my account on-line, found the menu item, and voila-that worked. I never needed to call customer service. When they ported over my number they emailed me, and had instructions in case a re-boot was necessary, which it wasnt. They make it so simple, I just have to wonder why that big cable/internet company has to make absolutely everything so complicated and non-functional Kudos OOMA! 5

I presently have two cell phones, one with T-Mobile, and the other with Verizon. I wanted to drop one of my cell phone plans to save money, but I wanted a home phone that has good call capability, so I decided to give Ooma a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of calls. There was none of this cut off where you wonder if you're still talking with someone that you get with a cell phone. One very big plus is Ooma works well with Google Voice. I can make direct calls from Ooma and have my Google Voice number show up on the caller id for the person receiving the call. There are two negatives. You have to pay the 911 fee plus monthly taxes and the surcharge to keep some pig farmer in Iowa in phone service. If you want Ooma to work with caller id or have call forwarding, call blocking, etc, add another $ a month. I have no real complaints and highly recommend giving Ooma a try. 5

Beats other VoIP phones. This one lets you register your address with 911 so you can use it in an emergency. A lot cheaper than the others too. I've had it for over a year and it's very reliable, great sound quality, happy I bought it. 5

It works fine so far. Installation was a breeze, OOMA customer service is prompt and knowledgeable, it took 15 min to get it up and running. Its VOIP sound quality is good - clear and loud, although it sounds a little bit artificial with some noticeable minor time lag. 5
