A: Yes, it will because my Canon 70D fit perfectly in it. The Nikon D7100 and the Canon 70D have very similar dimensions. Now, once it is trapped in, that is pretty much all that you can have in it, hence, why there is another connector on top for lighting or a mic. It was a great buy for me and enabled me some good stabilization then I took my footage into After Effects for more stabilization and the result was great. Stabilization software work great if the camera was already strapped into a stabilizer and the camera holder knows how to properly move with the stabilizer.
