The CONNECT-TX100N DMX Transmitter from Exalux is an ultracompact wireless DMX transmitter that can be used in studios or on location. It can convert a wired DMX console into a wireless DMX console, allowing you to control all your CRMX-compatible lighting fixtures. The TX100N features PoD technology that enables the unit to be powered via its XLR connector. The unit is fully compliant with all LumenRadio CRMX receivers, such as RX100S and RX200N. The external antenna allows for a long range, up to 546 yards, depending on the transmitter and the environment.

Thanks to its wide supply range (5 to 24 VDC), the TX100N can be powered through the USB connector of a DMX fixture, a V-mount battery via the D-Tap connector, or another external power supply, available separately.

Q: 3. Can I control the Sony HLV remotely with this trigger or just Profoto models?

A: This transmitter will only work with Profoto Air equipped flash. It will not work with a Sony brand flash.

Q: 4. Curious where this fits in if you already have the Profoto Air remote?

A: This would be an either or. If you have the Air remote you probably would not need one of these remotes. This is designed for worry free nothing to adjust simplicity.

Q: 5. I was told that the Nikon version of the Profoto Connect works as a ‘Universal’ remote when used in manual mode, and will work on both Fuji and Canon to trigger the lights. Can someone please verify this before I make a purchase? Thank you!

A: Yes the center pin is universal and works with most cameras on manual , NO TTL or HSS

Q: 6. Does the Profoto app show the actual strobe power (not just adjustments like their Air remote)? Thanks!

A: The Profoto app will show different options depending on the mode in which the strobe is using when using your setup. If you are using TTL automatic flash output, the Profoto app will show you the flash power offset (in EV) as the strobe is choosing the output power. You will see a control that allows you to adjust the flash output power by up to ±3 EV. If you are shooting manual mode, the Profoto app will show the same output power setting shown on the back of your monolight strobe unit.

Q: 7. The Profoto Air Remote TTL-N works with Hasselblad X1D. An this unit as well?

A: The camera needs to be in electronic shutter and wireless mode.

A: Yes.

Q: 9. Can I use high-speed sync with my B10 units when triggering with the Connect?

A: Yes you can use HSS with the B10 and Connect.

Q: 10. Is there a test fire button on the transmitter?

A: There is no test button on the remote. It has only TTL, Manual and off switch modes.
