A: Technically the KIPON Lens Adapter for Nikon G Lens to FUJIFILM GFX Camera should work fine with the Nikon 19mm PC E lens. Note the manufacture does not list it.

Infinity will be reached without shimming before the hard stop, which can negatively affect image quality.

A: At the time of writing, the GFX100S has not been officially released, not has the GFX100s has not been comprehensively tested by Viltrox for compatibility. It is in our estimates that this should work without issue or at most with a firmware update through the adapter's micro-USB port.
