The LG 55TR3DK-B CreateBoard 55" UHD 4K Touchscreen Commercial Monitor is a 350 nits bright, interactive IPS LCD display, with up to 40 points of IR multi-touch input, made for collaborative learning environments. Connect sources via HDMI, VGA plus 3.5mm audio, USB-C, and OPS inputs. Data and control functions are available via RS-232C, RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Additionally, a variety of USB inputs support media and peripheral devices as well as touch control.

The LG CreateBoard can simultaneously detect up to 40 points of multi-touch input. This function offers a natural writing experience and makes collaboration easier. Whiteboarding software is included, with a variety of educational templates and teaching tools such as a ruler, table, sticky notes, and more.

Through the built-in interface, you have official access to Google Play Store out of the box. A local installation for your apps means you do not need to plug in a laptop or use your browser to get started working. Use Google for Education tools like Docs, Sheets, and Slides with a simple sign-on.

LG CreateBoard Share enables users to show up to nine shared screens or a file on a screen in real-time when the LG CreateBoard Share app is installed on the device. Additionally, files from the host can be easily sent to any devices connected to the LG CreateBoard Share app.

Maintenance is easy and fast with the ConnectedCare service, available separately. This cloud service solution from LG remotely monitors, controls, and manages the status of displays in user workplaces. This feature enables IT managers to operate and manage important resources on operating devices without physically visiting sites. ConnectedCare DMS now supports Common Alerting Protocol based security systems.

Frequently used controls such as the power on/off, scheduling, brightness, and screen lock functions can be applied using a remote control. Content including images, videos, audio messages, or live streaming can be remotely shared with connected devices. Additionally, broadcast messages like announcements, event updates, and bus schedules can be sent to the CreateBoard. When the message is sent out to the device, LG CreateBoard interrupts the current display and shares the message.

This display supports Bluetooth to connect wirelessly to various devices such as speakers, a mouse, keyboard, and more. Construct a hybrid environment so online and offline meetings and classes can proceed with ease.

LG CreateBoard supports OPS (Open Pluggable Specification) devices, allowing you to easily and conveniently mount an OPS desktop at the back of the LG CreateBoard. This offers you more expanded functions without the hassle of connecting to an external desktop.

With the Smart Viewing feature, two or more sources can be displayed on the same screen simultaneously without having to repeat Alt-tab, making teaching more convenient and efficient. Two materials can be displayed side by side (multi window mode), or one material can be overlaid on the other one (picture-in-picture mode).

Screen Lock

  • Teachers can lock the screen using the Screen Lock function, and unlock it by entering a password. Users can set the Screen Lock in the Settings menu to protect the device from unidentified users.

Secure Mode

  • LG CreateBoard supports Secure Mode that disables the LG CreateBoard Share function to prevent unauthorized content from being shown on various devices.

USB Lock Mode

  • USB Lock Mode is a security measure that helps prevent data from being copied to unauthorized devices, which is essential when being used in spaces where security is critical.

Auto-Remove Files

  • Users can set LG CreateBoard to delete files regularly for enhanced security.

  • Front-facing stereo 15W speakers
  • USB-C input provides data and 65W power delivery over one cable
  • Front access inputs for HDMI, USB-C, USB-A, and USB-B
  • QR code login verification
  • HDMI output for connecting a secondary screen or projector
  • Set thresholds in eight categories including display temperature, memory usage, and signal
  • Receive warning or error notifications based on threshold settings
  • Remote monitoring and fault diagnosis

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Astonished by the picture depth and quality due to new technologies incorporated into this LG TV. Feel like I AM in the picture; it's that real. The sound quality is equal of that of going to the movie theater. The remote could not be easier to use either, both for terrestrial TV and to switch to Streaming services. Love that I can just talk into it for those times I'm too lazy to even tap in what I'm after. My family and I love our new LG tv and now see how different and what a superior experience it is from our old one. We always seem to be battling over who gets to use it for general TV, movie or gaming. May have to buy a second one just to keep everyone happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most bad reviews for this tv are based on having a real dark movie theater room. If you are like me and have your tv in the living room, then this tv will do everything you want it to. Excellent viewing angles, great colors and picture. Its future proof, with HDMI 2.1 (only 2). For all you gamers it has VRR, HGiG and very low latency. For movie watchers, the HDR is amazing (Dolby Vision, HDR10 pro and HLG pro supported). This TV might not rank number one in any one category, but it comes really close and checks all the boxes, unlike most TVs in this price range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my TV for 2 weeks now. To say it has a good picture is an understatement. The picture is crisp and clear combined that with the magic remote makes It the best TV for the money out there. The one thing that could be improved on is not all apps are built into the webos. This TV is a great value and easy to use.

I waited years for HDMI 2.1 to roll out so when I upgraded from my 1080p projector to a 4K TV, I could get 120Hz and HDR for gaming. This TV finally fits the bill, and I'm loving it.

Image quality is great, color accuracy seems to be roughly on par with my calibrated IPS monitors in Gamer mode, and input lag is pretty solid - feels closer to my 1ms 240Hz monitor than my 5ms 75Hz monitor, even in 60Hz mode.

I was able to get 4K 120Hz working on my HDMI 2.0b 1080 Ti graphics card, and 4:2:0 chroma subsampling looks fine while I wait for proper HDMI 2.0 devices and receivers to roll out. Games look great in 4K and with dynamic resolutions outputting at 4K, but 1440p looks muddier than 1080p on this display since the pixels don't match up; for the average gamer, I'd recommend running games at 1080p or 1440p with 4K image output via Radeon or Nvidia Image Sharpening. Don't bother outputting 1440p to this thing.

Switch, PS4, PS3 and XB1 games look great on this TV, and the videos I've watched also look solid. Be sure to set both regular and HDR modes to Gamer, they default to something like Vivid and it looks smeary.

One and only complaint I have is that the backlight is a little obvious when you're displaying a black image with a white cursor overlaid on top. Might be able to reduce the effect by fiddling with the backlight settings, though, and black levels and brightness are both great, so it's a worthy trade-off. You also don't have to worry about burn-in like with OLED TVs since this is using an IPS panel. This should last me this upcoming console generation and hopefully further, without me feeling like I'm missing out.

Overall, this is a highly recommended TV, especially if you're getting a new one for the PS5 or Xbox Series X.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a bit of a delay in getting another set of hands, I couldn’t be happier to have our new 75” LG Nano TV installed and setup. I had a 15 year old 65” CRT that didn’t even support HDMI in my basement. Setup was very easy, just install the stand feet and then plug in. The interface to enter the wifi password was a but cumbersome, but is only a one-time step. I was very excited that unlike my other TVs, the LG had almost all of the apps that I use. I setup YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime. Just missing the new HBO Max, but I can get it through the Xbox before it is released. My kids demanded that we setup both the old Wii and the Xbox One.
The Picture is incredible with Dolby Vision HDR automatically kicking in when content supports it and a very small bezel to maximize the picture. The interface has no delay and is very intuitive. The menu is very user friendly to tweak settings. I connected it up the to home theater is short order. The sound and picture got sync’d up with a quick tweak to the sound delay and now Star Wars 4k Blu-Rays are quite an experience! This TV is just simple and beautiful and a huge upgrade for our Media Room. The entire family is excited for movie nights in the basement again! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello, it took me a while after I received the TV to get this mounted due to the fact I couldn't get help due to COVID, that was my one and only obstacle. The rest was a breeze. The menus on the unit couldn't be easier and i love the remote.

This is my first LG TV and I don't think it will be my last either, to me it is the best I currently own. The first thing i noticed was how black the blacks were and the colors are just brilliant. This TV was an upgrade to my 55" TV that was a few years old, it is just amazing what a few years can do and I look forward to what is coming down the pipe. I consider my self somewhat of an enthusiast and i keep being impressed with todays technology, most of the time i say to myself that it couldn't get better but here we are. The 4K content was second to none, the TV showed awesome processor power that was fit for a king, very fast and no screen door effects.

Also would like to brag up the fact that it actually had enough HDMI ports for all my devices!

Thanks LG for making a awesome product, you have earned my business and I will be back for more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very surprised at the design of this TV. It wow'd me right out of the box with its minimal bezels. it's clean look both front and back, and very discreet bay of ports.

Turning on this set brought up the splash screen for WebOS. It was very minimal and not too in-your-face. The navigation of the on screen menu's was a breeze with the Magic Remote. The click-wheel was very easy to use. Took me a minute to get use to. The air-cursor made inputting account info a breeze and I was able to have my Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, etc, accounts all setup in no time at all.

What also allowed me to do these things so quickly was the fact that there's almost no lag between button presses and response on the TV itself. The interface is buttery smooth thanks to it's super fast processor.

The image quality was very sharp and crisp. The 120hz refresh is a major plus when watching content with fast moving scenes or for when watching live sports. The 4k on this set makes you feel like you're immersed in whatever it is you're watching.

I'm blown away at what LG has been able to bring to the table with this set with respect to it's design, price, and capabilities. I might be an LG fanboy from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time purchasing a 75 inch TV. When I bought my 65 inch, I thought that was a big deal. No...this LG 4K UHD is a BIg Deal! The screen is huge and the picture quality reigns supreme with sharp crisp true colors. It feels like the movies, only better because I'm in my bedroom. It has Dolby vision IQ which automatically adjusts picture settings based on ambient lighting. There are several picture modes to choose from. My favorite is the Vivid picture setting. It has a brighter background with higher contrast. The sound is amazing. It has several settings to choose from. I like the Dolby Atmos, which gives multi -dimensional surround sound that is phenomenal without a sound bar. There are several streaming apps that are preloaded as well LG Movie content which is nice. I like the home screen where you can manage your settings and the other inputs that are connected. I wasn't aware that it had Alexa installed, which is nice since my home is already Alexa friendly. My absolute favorite is the magic remote. It has a unique shape which is easy to handle, and has fewer buttons than most remotes. It has a track ball in the center which allows for scrolling and making selections. The remote has voice functionality and works with Alexa and Google Assistant. I am pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this television for anyone seeking a TV with magnificent color, sound and functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this tv last month and still amazed at the picture guiltily, I also have a LG OLED and compared side by side you can’t hardly tell a difference. This 75” retails for almost half what I paid for my 65” OLED two years ago. I would highly recommend this tv. I currently have this in my den to watch Netflix and other streaming services, and all look very good. I’m not a fan of WEB OS but since I have another LG I am used to it and it works. I have tried a couple video games on the game mode,Call of Duty and Red Dead Redemption 2 ,and they look very good and response times are good. I find that the expert bright mode looks the best to me for regular broadcast tv. The magic remote is great, For now I will be leaving this tv in my den and move my OLED to the bedroom.
