Personally, I would want 3 of foam that was not pick-n-pluck. The airline may toss or drop your case, and you don't want to run into issues caused by excessive force reaching the camera. Think about abused UPS boxes you sometimes receive.There are several places you can get foam pre-cut to fit your Pelican that you can cut out yourself to fit your gear.
