A: I would get the standard. In my opinion there is no point to the slim. I'm a 110lb. 5'4 girl and I use the standard. Better weight distribution over a wider area.

A: I'm sure you can , if the Gimble has 1/4-20 threads you can do it without any problem

If it's of any worth, the harness is one of the best purchases I've ever made - especially if you often switch between cameras. It's ridiculously comfortable and eliminates any neck/shoulder strain altogether.

A: This harness mostly keeps the cameras at bay but if you are running then you may have to keep them pressed against your side to avoid them bouncing around.

A: Yes, you can use it with one camera.

A: I have used it with a Nikon D7200 + grip + batteries and the older (much heavier) 300mm f4 lens, Kirk foot, TC1.4, and SB-900 flash. All of that comes in at over 9 lbs. I brought it on many pelagic birding trips which means an unstable platform on a pitching sea. Never had the slightest issue.
