Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does this fit the Canon EF 24-70mm F/2.8L II?

A: No, the SmallRig Seamless Focus Gear Ring (81 to 83mm) is too small to fit around the focus ring of the Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM Lens, which according to our specs is 88,5mm ins diameter. You may be able to make the SmallRig Seamless Focus Gear Ring (81 to 83mm) work by stretching it out, but I recommend using a more size appropriate gear ring instead.

Q: 2. Would this work for Canon RF 24-70mm lenses made for Canon mirrorless cameras?

A: You're better off with the 88mm to 90mm ring if you're using the Canon RF 24-70mm f2.8 lens.

Q: 3. Will this work for the Sony 85 mm 1.8 E mount?

A: It will not. That lens has a 78mm diameter. You would need this one instead: https://bhpho.to/2Psl1Y7

Q: 4. How long is the Arca Swiss portion of this foot?

A: The dovetail portion of the Sigma TS-81 Lens Foot for 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Sport Lens is approximately 6.5" in / 16.5 cm.

Q: 5. Will this work with the new Tamron 35-150 f2/f2.8 E mount?

A: The Tilta Seamless Focus Gear Ring (81 to 83mm) would not fit on the Tamron 35-150mm f/2-2.8 Di III VXD Lens (Sony E) as it has a diameter of around 89mm. It would be recommended to measure the size of the control ring that you would like to mount the gear ring on in order to get the best fit.

Q: 6. Does this foot also fit the mirrorless version of this lens, the Sigma 150-600mm DG DN Sport?

A: The Sigma TS-81 Lens Foot for 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Sport Lens is compatible with the Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG DN OS Sports Lens for Mirrorless cameras.

Q: 7. What's the zoom ring size for rf 15-35 and rf 70-200?

Q: 9. Will this fit the 35mm f1.4 Zeiss Milvus ZE focus ring?

Faster than I initially thought for editing. Max out your RAM and it'll be more than you need.

I'm officially at the age where I don't want the newest, coolest computer, I just want the one that I know works and that has a dang USB port or two since I prefer to use old school wired keyboard & mouse for EMF reduction reasons. I have the 27 iMac at work and was working on a laptop at home, but since my work is now indefinitely partially WFH and I'm in Acrobat all day, I finally got this one, and it's made work life much better. Less eye straining and toggling. It's a great size and the picture quality is, of course, exquisite. I'm sure the new ones are nice but I'm happy here.

I chose to get this iMac, rather than waiting for the new ones coming out in late 2021. It's familiar, proven, and works as expected. Using the migration assistant worked like a charm. It's everything I hoped for. I still have 2x16s RAM to install, and it should be blazing fast. The 8GB RAM that came onboard still allows me to process my images in Adobe CC with no problems. Good job, Apple.
