A: The AVer VC520 Pro Expansion Microphone will pick up a voice 360° around the mic at up to 15 feet away.

A: The Braun Reflecta DigitDia Evolution Automatic Stand-Alone Viewer and Scanner for Slides does not have any user controls for depth of focus.

Q: 4. can this be used as a drive expansion on a synology 918+ 4 bay NAS?

A: Yes, they would be compatible.

Q: 5. does it have 3.5mm mini microphone type plug to connect it?

A: Yes. The mics plug in on the bottom of the main unit, with 3.5 mini jacks.

A: This is not compatible with the DS1813+.

Q: 7. Do I need to shut ds1522+ down before I connect this extension through SATA cable or it can be done on the fly?

A: It is recommended to have the host NAS powered off before plugging in the Synology DX517 5-Bay Expansion Enclosure. Also,  ensure the host NAS is powered off before unplugging the expansion.

Q: 8. Would this work with the Sony FS5? It's small and lightweight but the description only specifies DSLR cameras.

A: This combination is unknown. That being said, if it is made to be solid, it might be a very good, very compact chest support for the FS5.

A: The following unity is ideally made for compact, Portable DSLR Rig. But will work with the BMPCC 4k unit.
