If the grid is used with just the Beauty Dish, then it shows the grid pattern in the hard area (because its 50, and made for a softbox rather than a Beauty Dish). This can only be avoided by using it in conjunction with the diffuser (sock) - but than, its a little octa and not a Beauty Dish anymore. ;(Like it anyway.

A: The RFi has about a 2 lip that allows the Velcro outer surface of the grid to attach to the lip of the RFi. I notice that the HR soft boxes do not have as deep of a lip but the grid looks very similar, it just sticks out along the edges a little. I would assume that if the RF has a lip around the edge with Velcro on it then the grid will be able to connect but you might contact Profoto to make sure.
