Q: 1. Will the "in the box product" include the solar panel connector and extension cable?

A: The Jackery Explorer 550 Portable Power Station with Solar Panel does come with the solar panel connector, but not an extension cable.

Q: 2. How long will this power a 600d and two 300d’s at full power?

A: Unfortunately, the DJI Power 1000 Portable Power Station will not be able to power three lights at one time. The most it would be able to support is two Aputure LS C300d II Daylight LED Monolight's (V-Mount), BH #APLSC300DIIV, or one Aputure LS 600d Daylight LED Monolight (V-Mount), BH #APAPA0212GW3. The run time would be around 15 minutes assuming the lights are at full power.

Q: 3. Hello! I have a Matrice 30T that uses the TB30 batteries. How many cycles would a 100% DJI 500 get on a TB30 pair

A: The DJI Power 500 Portable Power Station will allow users to recharge their TB30 batteries three times and the DJI Power 1000 Portable Power Station will provide six charges for the TB30 battery.

Q: 4. Can this power two Godox studio flashes?

A: The DJI Power 1000 Portable Power Station (B&H # DJP1000) will provide up to 2200W of stable power; the LFP Battery has a 1024Wh capacity.

Q: 5. Is it water resistant/proof?

A: The EcoFlow RIVER 2 Pro Portable Power Station is not weather resistant.

Q: 6. I want to know if I can use it with Aputure 600d pro ? Thank you

A: The Aputure 600D supports power from a generator or wall outlet.

Q: 7. Can this power high load lighting equipment? For example a 12 or 15amp constant load? I'd like to power one or two 350watt Aputure 300x light fixtures which require, 120VAD @60Hz or 12 to 16.4 VDC.

A: Based on the specs of this product, this should be able to run one to two of the lights described.

Q: 8. about how many hours would the jackery550 power a luxli taiko or godox SZ300R?

A: The Jackery Explorer 550 Portable Power Station with the uxli taiko or godox SZ300R at full power will not last more than an hour.

Q: 9. How long would this device last if I had TWO Nanlite PavoTube 30C RGB LED Tube Lights (4') plugged in?

A: I wanted to compare the results with the Explorer 1000 in a test I used for the Explorer 300. I had wanted to test the battery life of the Explorer 300 in a photography setting, so I attached the powerful 150W Godox SL-150 II video spotlight to it and turned the spotlight on to 100% output. I started with a 100% charge on the Explorer 300 at 8:57 AM, and monitored it throughout the day. I got roughly 5.5 hours out of powering the light with the Explorer 300. I ran the same test with the Explorer 1000, starting the test at 7:38 PM with a 100% charge. The light showed a draw of 57W. At 8:48 PM the draw showed at 59W and the state of charge was 92%. At 5:27 AM the draw was 58W and the state of charge was 33%. I had to leave for my work day by about 8:30 AM, and didn’t return home until about 5 PM, at which time the battery was 100% drained. Based on the math from these data points, I would expect that I could get between 14 and 15 hours of straight powering of the light…depending on how accurate the power meter on the front of the unit is.

Q: 10. Hi , would this be a able to power 2 x 500 w studio lights?

A: The Jackery Explorer 1500 Portable Power Station can handle two 500 watt strobes at full power. It might not last more than about 500 flashes at the most.

i’ve been wanting a Eco flow unit for a while now and this Delta two hits the sweet spot. I’m glad I actually waiting for this new remodel (delta 2) to come out as it is superior in almost every way to me versus the old outgoing model. I purchased this unit for emergencies and to use in Lieu of my gas/propane generator. It’s nice to have options! It certainly gives me peace of mind, knowing I am prepared .
I really like using the app, and it is quite useful. Would be nice if it had a light built-in and maybe wireless phone charger but I’m just nitpicking. I know I made the right purchase for myself and my family by getting the Delta 2.

I liked my delta 2. I used multiple times on my full size fridge during outage. The best part is you don’t need to go outside during storm run your gas generator. I made a lot of researches first I was planning to with gas generators later I saw battery powered ones and I made good and long researches to find best company I went with ecoflow

Not too long after recieving my delta 2, my parents were having a new electrical wire run. A hole had to be drilled near the electric panel to get the wire from the attic and into the panel location, little did we know some wires came in from a different direction. one well placed hole later took out all the kitchen outlets including the fridge and, until all the circuits had been removed from the panel and repaired, the ENTIRE HOUSE could not be cut back on. I grabbed the delta 2, did a fast charge up to full (Amazing to charge in the blink of an eye) and took it over to power the refrigerator for the duration of the repair. I wasn't expecting it to get used so soon, but it ended up being so much easier than trying to get out a generator and run cords through the house. we just set it on the counter, connected the refrigerator and were good to go. They actually have a whole home generator, but since the problem was inside the house the generator was useless. Having this much power be so portable and usable anywhere is truly amazing. We have since used it a bit more, including connected to solar and as a UPS during a final exam in the middle of a storm. The ease of everything really is the value here, there's no messing around with modes or configurations to go from power station to UPS to solar to car charging. Everything just works and gets out of your way.

I purchased the Delta 2 over the Delta 1 due to the expected longevity of the newer battery. I wanted something that I could take in my RV(without having a permanent install) and use as a power outage source to run a refrigerator through the night instead of a loud generator. It is amazing that you get 1000 watts of power, an MPPT controller, inverter, and a lightning fast charge time.
The Delta 2 really shined during RV dry camping. I made a 200 watt solar briefcase out of two HQST panels from amazon and pvc piping for legs so I can place the panels in direct sunlight and track the sun position. I found the app super useful in monitoring the incoming and outcoming power. You learn what the power draws from each device is and can tailor the charging to maximize the collected power. I knew that my coffee pot and grinder needed 30% of the charge capacity so I always made sure I had that reserve in the morning. And the Delta's ability to run AC devices was amazing. My wife can run her hair dryer and doesn't have to sacrifice that for dry camping anymore. As the Delta charged during the day I plugged the trailer in to send the collected energy to the rv battery (actually by just turning the AC outputs on with the app), once the rv battery was back to 100 percent I was able to turn the refrigerator from propane to electric as needed until the sun light started to diminish.
I found the Ecoflow Delta 2 to be super versatile and amazing value for an all-in-one system. The only two things I was left wanting was to run a 700w heater through the night and my air conditioning. But, having those features would require a much larger unit and I like the portability of the existing system.

Absolutely love my Ecoflow Delta 2. It has more than enough power for my energy consumption. Only wish I knew about the 1300 instead of the 1000. O'well
