Not much to say. I like its quality, its compact size (it double-folds). It has a soft cover and a plastic bag for added protection when stored. It seems very durable, indoors. I love to have both functionalities in a single umbrella, shoot-thru and reflective. Excellent results for headshots (in my case I haven't used it otherwise). 5

I use this with my Nikon sb800. It works very well and is easily portable (I keep it in the trunk of my car). The quality seems fine for this price system. So far I have used it indoors to do portaits but I intend to use it for tabletop item shots. Two of these would make a nice little portable setup. I use a reflector now to get the fill light. As is the case with any light equipment stand you will need to add some weight or acchor the stand if used outside with any wind. 5

I recently ordered this and must say that I am very impressed with the overall quality and simplicity. It's easy to set up quickly and very lightweight. Also, you get a much larger umbrella than comparable flash stands in this price range. The only downside is that there is no carrying case. I'd be willing to pay a little more if it came with one. 5

I use a Canon 40D with 580EXII and 430EXII Speedlites. The 580 is the master and the 430 is the slave attached to this umbrella kit. 43 umbrella can cover 3/4 to full body and more than one person. My setup is light and portable. This umbrella kit is great. Be careful when using this outside. Even a light gust of wind will knock it over. 5

I have a Canon 7D and two 580EX II's and this set works great for me! The only issue I have is the removal of the black cover could be a little friendlier. You must unscrew the top of the umbrella to remove it and perform the same operation to put it back on. But overall I was very impressed with the product! Great recommendation for students such as myself! 5

This is a very nice set-up for a competitive price. The removable black cover on the umbrella is a nice feature even if I won't be using this set-up indoors often. The stand has a nice weight and the flash shoe is also really ice. 5

I've purchased two of these for portrait photography; both kits came in excellent condition and are easy to use. I like the double usage umbrella - good for shoot through by removing the black back or as bounce by leaving it on. For the price, this is an excellent kit and works great with my Nikon SB-900's. You'll probably need sandbags to keep them from flying away outside, but inside they work great and are light weight for easy carrying while traveling. 5
