I've used a wide variety of manufacturer's drives over the years, and at this time it is my opinion Seagate is the best. 16 TB is huge making easy organization of the lot of photographs in one place (I purchased a second of these drives for daily backup). Once placed in an enclosure I can barely hear it working. 5
