A: As seen on the B&H website, the strap has a collar and a buckle (coming from the tip of the strap and up) on each strap. I slipped the end of the strap through the metal loop on the covering from the outside to inside then bring the end through the collar and now go into the buckle from underneath. That held pretty good for me. It helps to have some excess strap loose in the buckle from the initial pass through so when you bring the strap back through after going through the metal loop and collar, you have a little more wiggle room to get the strap back through the buckle. I had the end of the strap about 2 out of the buckle. Although the strap is great, I have since gotten a Peak Design leash to replace it cause sometimes I don't want the strap in the way.
