A: The bottom of the rail has standard threads for mounting (like any camera) but the entire rail itself is compatible with any arca-type mount and this allows you to move the entire rail back and forth.

A: The knob on the clamps for Sunwayfoto Macro Focusing Rail with Screw-Knob Clamp is 26mm long. It looks like the image was taking on an angle which change the perspective of the knob.

Q: 6. Will this screw fit the small hole on the base of the BENRO PC-0 clamp? There are two SMALL holes on the base and I need such a screw for one of those holes

A: Unfortunately we cannot test these items. The Benro PC-0 is discontinued and the screw is a special-order item. It would be our best guess that the sockets underneath the pan head would be the same and it would be compatible with this screw, but you should contact the original manufacturer to get the exact measurements and specifications.

Q: 7. Sunwayfoto also makes this rail with a locking lever instead of a knob. I see B&H does not carry that version. I actually prefer the convenience of the lever, but is the knob actually more secure?

A: Both are very secure and a matter of personal preference. With the knob, you can apply more tightening force than the lever but of course the lever is more convenient.
