A: Hi Samuel, unfortunately, we can't guarantee that they will work with a conventional dimmer. Our experience is that if they work, dimming is not consistent as the conventional dimming circuits are designed for low-impedance lights that use Tungsten/incandescent bulbs. What works for some people is to use one Tungsten bulb on a circuit, combined with LED bulbs. The best solution for dimmable LED bulbs is to install a new dimmer switch designed for LED bulbs.

A: I don't use that model of overhead so I don't know.

A: I use a 60w LED equivalent to 250w and have had no issues.

A: it mounts via a clap to a 5/8 post if where you want to mount it does not have a 5/8 diameter you will need an adapter. mine needed a 1/4 to 5/8 adapter to mount up. the unbrellas worked well for me . and you have to use either led or cfl lamps as others get to hot.

A: Most cfl lamps do not dim effectivly and also may require dimmers specifically designed for the job ($$$). It is probably easier to have multiple lamps and to turn on what is needed, or to position lamps to give more or less light on the subject. X2 distance is x4 less light.

A: The lamp is for a fixture that uses EMF bulbs/lamps. This bulb is 3200K color temperature. It is not daylight which is 5000-5400K. If you have a fixture that uses that bulb there are no daylight color temperature lamps for it.

A: The EYB bulb is used in many different fixtures. Each fixture will be a little different to install a bulb. The basics are, do not touch the bulb with it on, and do not touch it with bear skin on or off. The oils from the skin can blow out a quartz bulb.
