Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. What type of mount is on this lens? B4, PL, or EF?

A: The Canon KJ20x8.2B Portable 20x HD Lens with 2x Zoom Extender is for ENG cameras with 2/3 sensors thus it has a B4 mount.

Q: 2. Is this lens delivered with a hard case too?

A: The Canon HJ40ex14B IASE-V H 2/3" HDxs Broadcast Servo Lens with Image Stabilization does not come with a hard case.

Q: 3. Will this lens work correctly on the Blackmagic Ursa Broadcast G2 with no adaptors?

A: The Canon KJ13x6-KTS HDgc 13x 2/3" Full-Servo Lens will mount directly on the Blackmagic Design URSA Broadcast G2 Camera;s B4 mount without adapters.

Q: 4. will this lens work on a Blackmagic Design Studio Camera 4K?

A: With the appropriate adapter, yes this lens can work on the Blackmagic Design Studio Camera 4K. First use the MTF Services Ltd B4 2/3 to Super16 Micro Four Thirds Adaptor B&H # MTB4S16M43 to mount the lens. Then use the MTF Services Ltd D-Tap to 12-Pin Hirose Adapter Cable (1.3') B&H # MTB4DTAP to get power to the lens. While there are other seemingly possible solutions, this is the only one that we have found to be satisfactory.

Q: 5. Can this lens be adapted to SONY FS7?

A: You could adapt the lens for the FS7 with a B4 to E-Mount adapter. You would have to look in to a power solution as well. If you had a V-Mount battery with a D-Tap connection you could purchase a D-Tap to 12 Pin Hirose cable for power.

Q: 6. How can I get a replacement lens cap for this lens Canon KJ13x6B KRSD HDgc?

A: You will need to reach out to Canon to get a replacement cap. Canon Tel: (800) 652-2666 or (800) 828-4040 Website http://www.usa.canon.com/

A: You can use the KJ13x6B KRSD HDgc 13x 2/3 ENG/EFP Lens with both cameras as long as you use the appropriate adapters that compensate for the fact neither camera has the prism the lens is designed to work with. On the Studio 4K, use the MTF Services Ltd B4 2/3 To Micro 4/3 Adapter B&H # MTB4M43. On the USRA Mini 4.6, use the Blackmagic Design URSA Mini Pro B4 Mount B&H # BLUMPB4M.

Q: 8. Is this lens a B4 or EF mount?

A: This Canon lens is for a 2/3-inch sensor ENG camera thus it has a B4 mount. Here is an example of a Canon lens for a Super35 sensor camera that needs an ENG-type lens with an EF mount.

Q: 9. Does this lens work with all Canon video and DSLR cameras?

A: No, this is an ENG lens compatible with cameras with 2/3 bayonet mounts.

Q: 10. Would this lense fit the CANON C200 4K?

A: I'm afraid not. This is a lens for 2/3 B4 Broadcast Cameras, it is not designed to be used with a Cinema Camera like the C200. You could however look at B&H # CAE1880EF, which is an EF Power Zoom Lens. This would work well with the C200.https://bhpho.to/2ixrD6A

I am rating this lens cap because I am told I will be entered into a drawing for a $1000 gift card if I do. This is the greatest lens cap ever. Bravo Canon.

As usual, personally I prefer using the direct manufacturer accesories, they fit better and our typically made better. Of course we all pay more, but as the story goes, do we buy a 1966 VW Bug or a new BMW? (LOL). I lost my 77mm Canon Lens cap for my 70-200 zoom on a photo shoot, ordered this duplicate after putting on my cheap $8.00 emergency stand by. Yup, gigantic difference. The Canon plastic is harder, much more protective, the double insert buttons to snap on/off the cap is quick and easy, and the grip on to the lens is perfect, so yes, pay a little more and protect your lens investment!

This cap has not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. I ordered this to replace one that I lost. At first, I must admit, I was hesitant to spend the money to get the name brand cap. After taking some time to think about it, I realized that there was nothing that could live up to the original. I did not want my photography workflow to feel any different than it had before that fateful day when my original cap disappeared. The features that I would have missed? It all starts with the smooth pinch to remove mechanism making it quick and easy to remove and re-attach quickly ensuring maximum protection for my lenses. Next is the weight, this thing does not feel like flimsy plastic it is sturdy and just holding it in your hand you will feel a sense of safety. Overall I am pleased, and in the event that I lose this cap, I’ll happily pay for another one just like it.

Love lens caps that have these finger grips. The cap holds great. I only bought it because I misplaced the one that came with the camera. Now I have an extra.

Fits like a glove. Just like it was from canon factory. These style pinch caps are essential for the 70-200 lens when you have the lens hood on. So much easier to take the cap off and put back on.

A far better design than the one that had originally come with the lens. That said, it's a lens cap..
