This 57" longPRO30 Tripod Leg from Field Optics Research features four leg sections, retention lock joint locks, and O-ring seals. The leg is 30mm in diameter, and consists of 10-layers of carbon fiber, which provides for a rigid tripod leg.

A: There is no true "standard" size arca-swiss plate, but the plate that comes with the Field Optics FPH-200 is a relatively normal size and adequate for DSLRs and mirrorless cameras, or long-lens tripod collars.
