A: It comes with a acrylic plate and a mounting bracket that you can add your company's logo to. But if you want a standard three sided or four sided mic flag, any of the great ones B&H sells will work fine. I have used it with Rycote Triangle Mic Flag myself: RYMF1938TRI.

Q: 2. The Kopul version of this had a cold shoe mount that was terrible adn would disassemble in the field when the screw fell out of the bottom from too much stress of mounting receivers on it. Does this product suffer the same problem?

A: I worked with Saramonic for 2-years and that whole time, I have not seen any defects of this product, or heard of an issue like you describe. I also have 2 in my possession for those 2-years and had no issue. My best suggestion is to try the item for yourself and if it's not up to your standards, return it for a refund or another product. We also offer a one-year warranty for full replacement if there's any problem. I think you're going to be happy with the product.

Q: 3. BH should carry the Saramonic SR-VRM1 plug on unit. The Pre-Amps are VERY quiet, similar to a Tascam DR-100 mark III (which I bought from BH) the SR-VRM1 is NOT a wireless unit. It's a recorder. No wireless issues to worry about. I own 6 of these. Retails for $125US

Q: 6. The unit won't work with the supplied cable and an XLR adaptor the supplied cable into my camera XLR input, Is there a fix?

A: Please be sure that the receiver for the Saramonic Blink Me 2-Person Clip-On Wireless Microphone System is set to "mono" mode when using a single XLR adapter. For "stereo" mode, a 3.5mm to dual XLR Y-cable, like the Saramonic SR-UM10-CC1 3.5mm TRS to Two XLR Male Output Y-Cable for Wireless Mic Systems (B&H # SASRUM10CC1), should be used. Additionally, make sure the camera's input level is set for "mic" and the phantom power setting (48V) is turned off.

A: I have used this transmitter with over a dozen microphones, dynamic and condenser, and I have not had the input overload the transmitter. In fact, our team commonly use it with condenser shotguns for commercial shoots with great results and we've even used it with a large diaphragm studio condenser mic with no issues. I think if you purchase it, you will be very happy with the sound results and the flexibility it adds. Plus, if you buy it from B&H and you don't like it, you can always return it for a full refund.

The Saramonic Blink Me 2-Person Clip-On Wireless Microphone System does have a built-in recording feature on the transmitters, allowing them to record audio from each mic directly onto the transmitter's internal memory. Additionally, the receiver has 3 output settings: Mono, allowing you to record the mics mixed; Stereo, separating the mics to the left and right outputs; or Safety Mono, mixing the mics with a full signal on the left and a -6 dB safety track on the right. So you can record audio with the two mics separated onto different channels when using the Stereo output setting.
