One end of the cable is a male, 0B5-pin LEMO-type connector, while the other end is a male D-Tap connector. A: You will need to have a battery in the Fuji XT-3 with this method. Otherwise you will need a D-tap to Dummy Battery to power the Fuji XT-3.

Works perfectly with my EOS RP and new EOS R5. Each have their own unique controls. The control ring really adds situational control to capture perfect images. 5

With my move to the R6 I did not want to invest in all new glass right away. This provides the perfect option to keep using some of my older lenses while investing in a few of the newer ones. Ultimately I'll be moving away from EF, but in the meantime this provides options. I especially love the control dial that comes with this for EF adjustment - or whatever you would like to have it do. My old EF lenses work perfectly with this. Thankfully that means I can still use my 85mm EF 1.2L II on the R6 - along with a number of other lenses I am reticent to part with! I realize the probably don't focus quite as fast as the newer lenses, but for what I need them for this is perfect. 5

It's nice that you can switch to a mirrorless camera and still use all your old EF- L glass. I may switch to RF lenses eventually but for the time being this adapter is fantastic. I use the control ring for over and under exposing and it adds that functionality to all my lenses. Pretty nice! 5

EF lenses are brilliant with this on my R5 camera.... I use the control ring for exposure compensation always keeping my eye to the viewfinder and never missing a moment with the desired exposure! 5

I love the added functionality this adapter provides. Not only do I get to use my EF and EF-S lenses with my new EOS R but the added control ring adds additional abilities to control the functions of the camera without having to go through the menu or even buttons. I can now completely control the aspects of the camera I need either in front of or behind the lens. 5
