A: Just to follow my previous reply: Photographic Solutions may have referenced all Dxxxx cameras as DX and all Dxxx cameras as FX and hence recommended Type 3 in error. The procedure is to wipe along the length rather than the width of the sensor so the swab should be close to the sensor width (shorter side). In the case of a D500, hat's 15.7mm so Type 2 (17mm) is the closest match.

A: You would want to use the type 3 on your Fuji X-T20 and X-T3.

A: These swabs are meant for full frame cameras, like the Z6 but you could possibly use them on the D500, although an aps-c swap would work much better as far as cleaning the sensor more efficiently and properly covering the sensor.

A: I will leave this answer to the very few people who needed to use our guarantee. Some of them have posted to our Web or FB pages. Suffice it to say, if you follow our procedures, with our products, it is highly unlikely you will ever need the guarantee. But if you should, we honor it, as we have done about 6 times since 1997 when we introduced the world to sensor cleaning. Everyone else just copied us.
