Use your own antenna to enhance the wireless connectivity of your RT MDR.X wireless receiver with this MDR.X External Antenna Cap from Teradek. This cap mounts onto the side of your MDR.X to convert the internal antenna to an external antenna configuration. It provides an RP-SMA connector, so you can utilize your own SMA antenna for different uses. It can be used with a drone or gimbal so the unit can be mounted onto your camera without blocking the antenna reception.

Reception is excellent and I love the sleek modern design of this product. It also has a signal indicator which was very helpful for device placement. Would highly recommend to others especially if you want to ditch the high cost of cable!! 5

The channels come in crystal clear. I even have channels that I did not know that I could get for free! I am very satisfied. It is easy to set up. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't normally watch over-the-air TV. I'm more of a Hulu/Netflix guy. But there are certain times when it becomes really useful like during the Olympics. I connected this antenna to my newish LG 4k TV and found the setup to be quite easy. What's really useful are the three LED lights that indicate you are getting the maximum signal. This allows you to easily position and orient the antenna to pick up the most channels. I live in Austin, TX, and I was able to access a bunch of new channels with this. I admit I haven't used it much since setting it up, but I'm glad to have this antenna for when I need it. Also, the gray cloth and plastic aesthetic looks modern and fashionable -- much more elegant than those old rabbit ears :) 5

Without cable, we have missed out on being able to watch local channels. I found the ONE FOR ALL Suburbs Ultimate Antenna to be the perfect solution. The installation was quick and easy. I connected the antenna's coaxial cable directly to my TV. I went to www.channelchecker.com and learned that 47 channels, with strong signals were available in my area. Out of the 47 channels, 36 of them came in clear and crisp with no need to move the antenna around. This includes all my local channels and I couldn't be happier. This fabric antenna itself is very sleek looking. I have it standing on top of my entertainment center. It is very stylish and looks more like a stereo speaker then an antenna. 5
