Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. CAN IT WORK FULLY WITH RF 70-200 F 2.8 LENS?

A: Unfortunately not. Currently there aren't any Canon Teleconverters that work with the Canon RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM Lens.

Q: 2. will this extender work with an ef to rf adapter?

A: No, the RF extenders do not work with the EF-RF adapter. The EF-RF adapter doesn't fit over the RF 1.4 or 2.0x teleconverters/extenders. The only way to use a teleconverter with the EF-RF adapters is to use an EF-teleconverter. If you need further clarification or proof, please reach out to our video-chat team and we will be happy to assuage your concerns!

Q: 3. Can this RF 1.4x and the RF 2.0x extender be stacked?

A: No, the rear element will not allow it, besides losing 3 stops of light and image degradation is not advisable.

Q: 4. Does this extender does the glass on Canon's RF 100-500 when zoomed out to 300mm?

A: While I do not quite understand the question due to the way it is worded, when using the Canon Extender RF 2x, the Canon RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1L IS USM Lens can only be operated within the 300-500mm focal length range. Before attaching the 2x Extender, use the lens' zoom ring to set the focusing distance between 300mm and 500mm, then attach the extender to the lens. The lens may then be attached to the camera. Attaching the extender forcibly with the focusing distance set between 100mm to 300mm may result in malfunctions or other damage.

Q: 5. can the Barska 400MM/80MM 131 power starwatcher refractor telescope be used for terrestrial objects viewing?

A: Yes this scope can be used for Terrestrial Viewing. The model comes with a 45 Diagonal so that will flip the image right side up for you.

Q: 6. Will the auto-focus on the R5 work with RF Extender 2X and RF 100-500 lens?

A: Yes, autofocus is available when using the RF Extender 2X with the RF 100-500mm lens while mounted on the EOS R5.

Q: 7. Will this smudge the inside of my Canon 100-500 RF lens if I zoom out really fast to 300mm?

A: The Canon Extender RF 2x only works with the Canon 100-500 RF at 300-500mm. If you try to zoom less it can actually hit the back of the lens. So do not go less on the zoom.

Q: 8. I purchased a SJCAM A30. The manual says an SD card can be inserted for additional storage however there is no port for a card?

A: The SJCAM A30 1080p Body Camera does have a MicroSD card slot that is located inside the main body. To access the SD card, remove the 4 Torx screws, then slide the housing down forcefully until the cover comes off. Remove the battery with the pull tab to reveal the SD card slot. Formatting the card is done from the SJCAM Menu. Customers have tested up to 256GB SD cards successfully.

Q: 9. Is Canon EXT. RF2X compatible with Canon - RF 70-200mm f/4 L IS USM?

A: It is not. The current list of compatible lenses for the RF teleconverters are currently (5/25/21) the RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1 L IS USM, RF 600mm f/11 IS STM, and RF 800mm f/11 IS STM.

Q: 10. Does the telescope connect to the tripod with a standard 1/4 connection?
