A: The Beseler 4 bladed easel will stay square compared to the Kaiser. No easel stays perfectly straight unless there are slider locks on all sides but it will certainly keep straighter than the Kaiser. Ideally you would want to tape down the side that doesn't have a clamp, that way it will always stay in position.

These things are the best for anywhere you want to be notified when you have some scum of the earth, like Dirtbag Tweekers, pulled into your driveway, sneeking into your yard, or even in your garage. The 3 different audible tones, offered on the in home monitor, allow you to identify what area of your property that dirtbag is in.

The sensor transmitter works perfectly. In my application it is about 200 feet from the receiver and there are 2 house walls in between. It was very easy to set up as per the directions. I use it to monitor my home's driveway and front entrance area. Very fast delivery from B&H and the best price I found.

I have had these for probably 15 years, and, in today's world, I purchased more. There are three different sounds/channels. Each channel can monitor 3 sensors. One zone monitors my garage, one zone monitors my boat, and one channel monitors my parking. The parking alarm went off last month and I caught a guy in my F350 trying to steal it. The cops wouldn't come out just for that, so I chased the guy off with a shotgun. He did NOT get the truck. These saved me a ton of money just on that incident. Had not been alerted, I would have lost my truck. The same guy got my neighbor's F350 the week before. Security footage was available for both incidents.
I just changed a battery the other day. the old one was installed 6/2018. Like I said, these are great.
The only improvement I would like to see would be a Zone 1 or Zone 3 annunciator instead of the chimes. It took me a minute to wake up enough to figure out which zone the chime represented when the guy was in my truck. Had I been down there quicker I probably would have had a bloody perp for the cops to haul away. They probably would have come out for that.

We use the Wireless 2000 Annunciator System here at the entry station at Dead Horse Ranch State Park. The one that was here when I started 14 years ago was at the end of it's life. A new one was installed the next year, (13 years ago) and finally died last month. NOTHING lasts forever, especially here in the Arizona sun. If you're careful with setup, locate a reasonably protected place to mount it, and are willing to accept the fact that absolutely nothing on planet Earth is perfect, then you'll be plenty satisfied. Sure if JUST THE RIGHT COLORED CAR goes by in JUST THE RIGHT LIGHTING CONDITIONS, it may not ring (or may ring unexpectedly when triggered on days with cloudy or fluctuating weather). I'm sure that in 13 years of being baked all summer at about a billion degrees Kelvin, this one will quit ringing as well. And, as we did with the last one, we'll give this one an honorable discharge. The part that YOU play in the ultimate success or failure of this thing is: 1) Read the instructions. Carefully. 2) Read as many of these reviews as you can to get a sense of how the Annunciator works. 3) Take your time and set it up intelligently. If you're not the tech-type that's good at this stuff, then ADMIT IT TO YOURSELF and find an accomplished nerd to help you out! I'm just such a nerd, and this thing worked fine from the moment the battery hit the contacts.

I had this unit before. It randomly stopped working. I contacted the manufacture. They said I could replace the transmitter and re program the 2 receivers it would work fine. I got the new transmitter and it took 2 seconds to re program my current receivers. Works great. We have an up stairs at my business and having the transmitter broken makes it hard to know when customers come in if you are up stairs with a customer. Love how fast it came, and how easy to install and re program!!! Thanks

This transmitter is a replacement. The original lasted three years until rain got into it. It is located around 200 feet from our house. There is a forest with thick bushes between the transmitter and receiver. It is not visible from the house even in winter. It works perfectly as did the original. Shipping and delivery happened as promised by B&H. The whole Optex system has worked great.

This product is easy to install and even mounted sending unit outside front door in covered area and still sends signal through wall and 70 feet away to receiver. We use it at our bank to alert tellers and they like the idea of a signal back up although they have a camera just makes them more aware of walk ins
