The PZM30 D from AKG is a high-performance hemispherical boundary layer microphone is a pressure zone microphone designed for professional recording, sound reinforcement and broadcasting. The capsule is mounted in the "pressure zone", an area where direct sound and reflected sound are in phase, which provides a 6 dB higher sensitivity.

Two selectable frequency responses (flat/rising) provide greater flexibility in mic placement and sonic character. The rising position of the frequency switch adds brilliance and a crisp attack on percussion, drums, or piano. The PZM30 D comes in a very rugged, low-profile, metal housing with detachable cable that makes it sturdy and reliable for heavy duty applications.

Q: 1. Does this have a screw thread or some other way that it can be connected to a stand to hold it against a wall (as it is supposed to be against a flat surface - either table or wall)?

A: The Olympus ME-33 does not have thread mounting options. This is made to be placed against a flat horizontal surface like a desk.

Q: 2. Please y need one Crown wireless mic that y can connect to audiotechnica system 10 receiver, it has to have the tipe of conector for audiotechnica atw 1101 with the conector code name cW?best regards

The CM311A which is a full size XLR connecter and CM-311AE is a pig-tail which you will have to wire on the connector for the Audio Technica. Unfortunately we do not have the CM-311AE in stock. Here is a link to the manual for wiring. a href= http://www.akg.com/pro/p/cm311group#downloads-link target= _blank http://www.akg.com/pro/p/cm311group#downloads-link/a

Q: 3. Is this Mic muteable?

A: The DPA Microphones 4060 Omni Boundary Layer Mic does not have an onboard mute switch but you could use a separate mute switch such as the Rolls MM11 Pro Microphone Mute/Talk Switch (B&H # ROMM11PRO) or the Rolls MS111 Mic Switch - Latching or Momentary Microphone Mute Switch (B&H # ROMS111).

Q: 8. I want to know how much radius will be covered by single mic ?

A: I looked extensively to find the specs on the coverage of the Olympus ME-33. I couldn't find any specific information including Olympus website. I also called them in Australia no luck. I dont want to make assumptions on the range of this microphone. I have included a link below to their website where you can see a diagram of how many people and how many mics they used to cover them. This should give you a reasonable idea of the distance this mic is effective.https://a href= http://www.olympus.com.au/Products/Voice-Recorders/Audio-Accessories/ME-33.aspx target= _blank www.olympus.com.au/Products/Voice-Recorders/Audio-Accessories/ME-33.aspx/a

I used this for a focus group, paired with an Olympus recorder. It worked fantastic for a small group in a conference room, placed in the center of the table. I can even tell the location of the speaker on the playback.

Interestingly, as it is meant to be, you hear better from the side, than if you speak right into the top

Purchased 4 of these originally to mic a focus group. The 16' cable is a bonus. Worked exactly the way I was expecting.
