Nothing too fancy, works with my Benro tripod legs and spare S6 head. Very well built and machined, and I like that it has set screws to keep your tripod head from rotating 5

I acquired this at the same time as my Benro A373T tripod to mount my (older) Manfrotto 701HDV flat-base head. It works fine, and adjusts easily. The grip of the tie-down feels good, and it locks down with little effort. I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about who said theirs scrapes around in the bowl; mine moves smoothly in my tripod. 5

I bought this with the Benro 75mm Bowl For 2 And 3-Series Tripods. It makes life so much easier to level out my shots during a run and gun wedding day. The bottom rod is short which is perfect when i need to configure the tripod for a low ground shot. 5

Seems to be very well built. Had a cheap Neweer version before this and it would seize up causing me to have to take a wrench to it. This one has a nice comfortable grip and hasn't once gotten stuck. Zero issues with this Benro half ball so far, works great with my Benro A673 legs and S6 head. Benro has become my business's go-to for tripods in the past few years. Own multiple of the A2573FS6 tripods, the A48FD monopod, A673 with this half ball adapter, and a few extra S6 fluid heads. They have never let me down and I feel like everything is a fantastic value that I have gotten from Benro. I even lost a screw to one of my Tripods and they sent some spares out free of charge! 5
