The black Premium Cat 7 Double-Shielded 10Gb 600 MHz Ethernet Cable from Tera Grand is 14' long and rated for transmission frequencies up to 600 MHz, making it suitable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet environments. Tera Grand has shielded each pair of wires with aluminum Mylar foil and then bundled these pairs with an 85% tinned copper braid to improve noise resistance, almost completely eliminating alien cross talk (AXT). Moreover, the RJ45 connectors have 50 microns of gold plating for protection against EMI/RFI interference.

How to rate a cable...I ran this one under the floor in the crawl space. Hung it with cord from the floor joists. My 5 stars is a hope and seems likely rating, based on how much I would not want to redo this project! But, really does read like and seem like Very good Ethernet cable. 5

Upgraded all of my network wiring from Cat6 to these Cat7 wires. Very happy with the build quality, and the gold plating on the RJ-45 connecter. The shielding is so think that the wire feels more like a cable line! Love the 3 ft length, wish they made a 1ft option for really short connections from a switch, but happy with them especially at the price point. Great way to future proof your wired network. 5
